Excellent service, reasonable cost. I needed a lighter weight ball due to back issues. Got a good deal and was out of there quickly while they helped several customers at the same time.

Hands down the best service for all your bowling needs! As an intermediate bowler was on the market for a new ball and spare ball. Robert was very attentive recommended a great ball and also took the time to listen to my thumb/wrist issues. Took care of the fitting and drilling same day . Even took the time to walk through better wrist taping techniques. Definitely recommend Robert and Lucky Bowler Pro Shop for all your bowling needs!

Apparently they aren't opened on Saturday even though the hours are listed 2-6. Tried calling the numbers listed and no one answered....

Website says they are open Sundays 2:30-6:30. Sign posted outside the shop says 3-6. Drove over here from Rancho because of the reviews. I'm here at 4:15 and the place is closed...

As a new beginner to bowling. Very helpful and knowledgeable about balls. You can get your bowling balls drilled also. Friendly environment. Definitely a recommend if you are buying a bowling ball.

I heard such great service about this shop that I decided to go in and have my first bowling ball drilled here. The first thing I was greeted with when walking into the shop at 630p.m. on a Tuesday was that the worker was just about to leave. (The hours of the shop said open until 7p.m.... so I was a little confused) The worker told me that since it was "pretty dead" the whole day they were going to close up. Despite that, he decided to "graciously" help me out. Since I was a beginner bowler, I had no idea on what I was looking for in the size/measurements for the drilling. I kept asking the worker what I was suppose to look for in how small/big the holes needed to be (especially for someone who keeps breaking their nails while bowling). The famous answer I kept hearing was "whatever you are comfortable with". That may be true, however, for a first time bowler buying their first bowling ball, that answer was not helpful. Long story short, I ended up getting my ball drilled the next day and was very unsatisfied with the measurements and the service. If I ever get another ball, I will probably go find someone else who can guide me in that process instead.

The guys helped me select the correct ball for my style of bowling. Bowling balls have gone high tech (believe it), and they understand the current construction techniques. The prices are way less than what I saw online. Being professional and courtesy is a great combination. It's definitely my first stop.

Robert the owner and Scott one of the employees are the best!! I got two balls from here. Scott was helpful in picking out my ball and Robert did the drilling and had some great conversations while waiting for my ball to finish. I have improved a lot since owning my own ball so recommend getting one. They also have a pro shop at The Ally in Laguna so you can support the pro shop there as well.
