Had lunch here while working in Modesto because it was nearby my location. Pretty disappointing Chinese but the price for the amount of food was great. We called in an order for pick up, when I got there 15 minutes later it was ready and waiting. The 2 combo plates probably weighed 4 lbs in the bag. I honestly have no idea but it was hefty. The gentleman who helped me was also very nice and prompt. Unfortunately, the food was pretty lackluster. My orange chicken was miles away from crispy and the sauce was kind of bland. Also the chicken itself had that gross old chicken flavor that usually only comes from reheated chicken. The chow mein was also pretty bland. They did give chili sauce and soy sauce with the order, and adding those 2 things in spades did help with the lack of flavor. The cheese puffs were also disappointing. There was a good amount of crab in them, which is unusual for cheese puffs, however, the wrapper was thick and not crispy at all, mostly chewy, so all the enjoyable texture you expect wasn't there. My spouse had a combo with fried rice, beef & broccoli, and fried prawns. He liked it well enough but agreed it was pretty mediocre. The fried rice was pretty good but the beef & broccoli left a lot to be desired. In spite of the so so food, it's such a great price that it may be worth it to you. If you need a lot of food for not a lot of money, and you don't have high quality standards, this place will definitely take care of you.

First let me say my hubby was right the lil hole in the wall places have the best Chinese food . Came across this lil gem on our way back from the Turlock flea market . So glad we did the food was piping hot and super fresh tasting best flavored Chinese food I've had in a long time . Big portions too . We ordered the kung Pao chicken , chicken fried rice , house chow mein ,pot stickers, and popcorn chicken . We ate a good portion at the restaurant and not exaggerating we brought home enough for the next two days . We will definitely be back .

The food here was decent and the price was fair. I usually go with the honey walnut shrimp at every Chinese restaurant. My first time here, I order a combination plate and wasn't aware that it came with a free appetizer until I over heard another customer who choose fries as his free appetizer. I asked the cashier about the free appetizer and he gave me an option to pick from. I chose spring rolls which came out late and cold on the inside....Will I go back? I don't think so.

We tried this place last week. Let me say, you get a TON of food for the price. However it's just... bland. Nothing really has any distinguishable flavor. Rice was old and hard. When I went to eat my leftovers the next day, I took a few bites and had no desire to finish it and wound up, throwing it away. One combo plate could easily serve two people for lunch. if you don't mind doctoring your plates with hot sauce and soy sauce and giving it more flavor yourself, then you won't be disappointed with the amount you receive for the price. The man at the counter, taking orders was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty and loads of dust everywhere. Overall, pretty mediocre and I don't think I will be back.
