This review is for the bakery department. I called last minute on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could still take a cake order for Sunday. My order was successfully placed over the phone. My cake order was a bit different lol, I wanted it to look like blood was dripping down the sides for a murder mystery themed party. I was very pleased when I picked up my cake. It was exactly what my daughter and I wanted!

Don't bother calling in to check for produce. A simple question of when does the fresh bread come out and nobody knows? A young female worker kept picking up my call to transfer me over, and saying the call keeps "dropping"...i'm on a land line babe....it's ringing?? I'm not dumb. So I wasted 30 mins of my lunch playing phone tag with a bunch of teenagers. Lastly, when I asked for her name (no surprise) she hung up. Management needs to step in because this is Antioch red neck poor status. After this poor service experience, their bread is probably questionable too. Mr. Lucido, please retrain your staff!

Sold me an invalid gift card!!!!! How embarrassing that the recipient messaged me to say the gc was invalid. When I called Lucky, the lady said "call the 800 number on your card, once it's out of our store its no longer our responsibility".

I have a love-hate relationship with Lucky. On one hand, I seem to get what I'm looking for without having the need to go to other places (especially if I feel that the selection is lacking). On the other hand, it feels as if I am being robbed? Because why did I pay $8 for eggs? And why did I pay $12 for meat? And why was their coffee grounds expensive like crazy? Seriously, there was a coffee blend I wanted to buy but it was $14.99, and I NEVER pay that much for it.The only good perk is that it's closer to where I live. It's convenient so I don't have to drive further to other places. So take this review with a grain of salt.

I Have been shopping 212 store for 18 years Luckys now save mart last night 9:26 pm was absolutely mind blowing purchased a whole cart of groceries an about 10 items did not ring up app sale clipped price cashier was irritated with me due to this also the monolopy coupons I used would not scan so I was unable to use them. When I questioned the cashier she said older woman gray long hair 5'1 said I don't know what to tell you but I have a huge line an either pay or I can suspend rhw transaction my of corse I paid but no sale or discounts nor coupons were applied. 63 items I purchased I took receipt an stepped aside an after looking was upset I should of got 45.00 plus taken off with clipped coupons an monolopy coupons I had to wait for manager Nichols well he said he is a manager but tag said head clerk. When he came over I told him the whole process to start to finish he did not care one bit actually said I was making people walk out of store an not pay for items an stealing them walking out. Also he told me I was tolling him up from checking people out in line that he did not need my business st the store mine you I been shopping here 18 years he also told me management is toxic an this is why I got no help an a bunch of havoc. This is not ok what ever happened to customer service. There fore I will never shop save mart again this is not ok an not sitting well with me at all there is a lot more to say but I will leave it at this..I will never be told by him that my business is not needed at the store.. This is insane an Nichols needs Etiquette class. I hope this gets to the right person to read this. Because I will tell all my neighbors to shop Raleys as I am not the only customer that has had a problem with this person!!!!! I returned all my groceries as I am disgusted on how I was treated....

One cashier mid afternoon and Safeway employee had the nerve to say something about getting in the self check out isle. Said it's an express lane for 15 items or less. Isn't the costumers fault your store is understaffed. Not shopping here again.

Everytime I come in here fat security guard follows me around everywhere and I don't know why I don't even carry a bag to steal I tell him to stop following me he says I'm just doing my job.
