Terrible establishment, rude staff, misrepresentation of promos and deals on website, and worst of all Extremely hard to find, as it's located in the back of this big complex , almost like a maze, with no title on door or any locating placards

Glock for $500 cant beat it ammo is usually best price or close to best price in town

Professional, fast, and very easy to work with. I had a very easy time getting a firearm from Loyal Arms, and while it certainly wasn't cheap, well, it was market price so I guess that's fine.If you're looking for something difficult to find or want a very special piece (think PCCs or 2011s), the selection here is unmatched in Northern California.For any first timers - yes they are located in an office building. This continuously tripped me out but I guess it works for them.My wallet and the distance mean it'll be a while before I consider coming back, but if you're looking for a top quality place with a high end selection this is unbeatable.

Initially came here for a ppt for a curio and relic; ended up coming back weeks later to buy a firearm from them. It's one of the first LGS (local gun shop) that I have been to that is in a really nice white collar office building/setting. Entry is different, walk into a building that has other suites as well. Definitely different than other gun stores I have been to; not just a store front on a Main street/road/avenue in an industrial or commercial/financial district. It's kind of hidden way where it's not visible from the main road, street, or ave. It was really nice. Parking was very convenient; plenty of space. They have a good selection, if an item is not available inside the store such as a firearm, ammo, or accessories; it can be ordered through them or they can order it for you. An example is a large MTM ammo crate ACR-72, if I would have went online elsewhere to order to ship myself I would have paid around a total of $40-$45. They had it for only about $23 for free ship to store....Oh, and their prices on Glocks are very competitive; it costs less than big box. Way better to support local than big box.The folks there were really nice. I wouldn't mind making the drive to come back again.

I really can't say enough about Emilio and this location. He is super patient, knowledgeable, and professional while keeping things fun. Helped mewith all CCW materiel, class, requirements, and arranging my interview. I'd recommend him and this shop to anyone at anytime!!!

I've always liked using Loyal Arms for my ammo and gun purchases. However, my advice is don't go in there on the weekends, even if it's something simple like picking up prepaid ammo. The doors are locked and they ask you to wait outside, Saturday it was 100 degrees, unless you're lucky enough to have another customer let you inside. Start to finish was over an hour. Staff had to hear my complaints because the owners were nowhere to be found. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put up a sign on a locked door asking people to call them then be told there's 3 people ahead so just wait outside in 100 degree weather doesn't have any common sense. No excuse for this level of poor service. It wasn't so much the wait, but the fact that there are restrooms inside and water fountains that can't be accessed during the heat. Poor planning by the owners.
