I didn't think travel agents could reduce fares compared to online travel portals. But Jaspreet helped me out with patience and find a good deal for my multiple one way bookings.Got a 5% discount compared to online fares and pretty quick answers too.

Used them again to fly to India, was great service and fare.

Got reference from one of my friend.Worked with Sanjay for booking air tickets to India. He was really quick, while we were talking on phone he sent me quote.I checked with 5 other travel agents and his was the lowest quote.He was helpful while booking the ticket and pro-actively booked bassinet seat for my wife and little one.Great experience. I booked a plane ticket for $107 which is a great deal! BUT they called me not even 30 minutes later saying that when I booked the ticket it was apart of a promotion but I was no longer eligible for the ticket and charged me $250!!!! Absolutely ridiculous, will NEVERRRR book with this company again! I wish I could give 0 star.

There are a lot of travel providers out there touting low-cost tickets to India . Sanjay and his team provide exemplary service in a commoditized environment. Sanjay and his team have been providing travel services for me for close to 10 years. They are always polite/ detail oriented and I continue to use them as a trusted provider for not just India but all my travel needs. There is no point in price shopping. First time booked( United Airlines ) three tickets in October 2021 with Low Fare Travel and Mr Sanjay ji did help from bottom of his heart. Bothered him many times to find out lot more about vaccinations. He always picked up my phone and helped me to load all required information on the website, which was hard for me to load all on Indian Government website. I forwarded all documents and copies of vaccination to load on the system. Sanjay ji confirmed that all the information was uploaded in time on immigration site of India. Thanks Sanjay ji. Exceptional Service from Abhi. Due to unavoidable circumstances, it was a "no show" situation for the return journey from Mumbai. Abhi saw a "Canceled" in his records and called me to figure out if he could help. This facet of their customer service was much much appreciated, since we were in a tight situation needed help.
