Honest, professional, prompt & quick service - same day as I called. Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem - which was not trivial or obvious. Smart Guy! The technician explained everything and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He look for the most cost effective solutions. Lovotti has been good to us over the 7 years that we have owned the units!

The service was great. Technician was right on time. Service both our big units and check everything so when winter time comes heating will be ok. Put in the 4 inch filters for us. He worked hard going up and down the stairs. They will be back when the new sensor's come in for the Zoning part. I would recommend them than any other HVAC company you won't be disappointed. Tony needs 10 stars the best in the business! Did the whole quote for my unit, crane(HVAC on the roof) and provided warranty overall good guy! Highly recommended, and cant beat the price. Canvased everywhere and yes here on yelp.

This company is horrible there was only one person who always tried to figure out how to get things done. They rest of the workers are rude and denied me being able to speak with their supervisor and after going back and forth for a year now to get a simple plate that they missed over multiple visits and stopping me from getting the city to give me my permit. Now after their constant mistake from there workers the city will now charge them for the inspection, and they are wanting me to pay the bill. I tried explaining my case and Gloria blew me off with attitude saying how she doesn't care what proof I have it is not their problem that if I don't get it done it's going to be on me and my property. She claimed to have spoken with her manager who she said was Brian after denying letting me speak with him saying it's not on them they 'tried ' to reach me. I have had to take multiple unpaid time off from work to be there so their workers can do their job, yet it still has not gotten done over a year later and they are wanting to take no responsivity. After I had just previously been told that they knew it was their fault and that they would cover the cost if one came up, they had Gloria call me and she told me otherwise. I have multiple pages of proof of calls, voicemails, and emails from not only them but the city as well explaining how they have not been doing their job right and how I have tried multiple times to get this done. Very rude and unprofessional company and employees.

Lovotti is a great local company. These guys are prompt and professional. Once I was ready to move forward, they ordered the new A/C equipment and started the install 2 days later. Arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job working in a hot attic. Lovotti stands behind what they sell, highly recommend using this company.

Lovotti Air replaced our air conditioning system. Before doing so they completely inspected the old system and actually found the problem. Other companies in the past were unable to find the real issue. The unit was 12 years old and it made sense to replace and upgrade the unit rather than repair it. They did a complete under house duct inspection and fixed issues found. They inspected every floor vent in the house and sealed each one. The duct work performed from the back of the unit to the house was light years more professional than what it replaced. They showed up on time, were polite and professional-- and their rates were exceptional! Best company I have dealt with in my 35 years in Stockton!!

Workers are always polite, although I've been waiting on a quote and still no word. Communication could be better than it is.

I needed my AC unit to be looked at and fixed. Lovotti came highly recommended by my friend. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to get a tech out to me quickly. The Tech arrived on time and was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I appreciated the fact that he gave me some options.I will definitely use this company moving forward and will also be recommending them as well.
