I saw the previous one star Yelp review so should have known...Asked for a free estimate for a small home tile job: 2 bathrooms. Marcos gets a star for answering his phone on Monday Veterans Day holiday. He said he would be by the next day, Tuesday, at 3:30 pm. He was a no show no call. Disappointing, as we try and hire local businesses. Taking business elsewhere.

You would think a company would at least let you know if they was not going to show up...they flaked on me at least 2 times and the last one they was scheduled for 7:45am on Friday July 2nd to do a 60 sq ft bathroom and he was a total no show with no phone call...no text...nothing!! Did not even show up at all...I would not recommend...

We had a good experience with Marcos and his crew. They showed up when they said they were gonna show up and got right to work. They did a quality job on our bathroom and I'd hire them again.

I called the owner Marcos and assured me will stop by on a Monday. He canceled and said would stop by the next day at noon. He never showed up and didn't follow up to my text. It probably best he didn't show up as obviously the owner is not courteous or a man of his word
