Really good FAIR pawnshop. If you are budget minded, they will work with you with jewelry layaway. They don't waste your time.

This is Audrey. These guys are real stand up and customer friendly. They're like family. My husband got both my wedding rings here we got one then I upgraded a yr after. They don't take advantage of you and they fix and clean jewelry pretty cheap and good.

Long time 3+ years customer, Mikey and Max, brothers always kind, friendly, helpful and super good to my special ed student. Gave us phones, tablets, games, etc to learn to repair. I bought great jewelry, one piece has a huge 100+ Karat amethyst and they only charged for the gold setting- the stone was free. Many diamonds- less than 1/2 of what one of our local jewelers would charge.Last year, I had a stroke while shopping and they immediately took me to the hospital. Thanks to Mike ( the big white dude) for saving my life. I would not buy 'real' jewelry anywhere else. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE!The staff are rude and condescending and make you feel like you are an idiot.Very low payout and will NOT give a fair deal!I was also a long time customer and then they hired new staff who are terrible to work with!Will go to the Kettleman Lane shop and see Dolores from now on! She is much more professional and fair!Don't waste your time or jewelry at this shop...you will regret it!

For those of you that have done business with a pawnshop, you know that it's usually pretty frustrating, with the pawnshop always coming out on top. Well I discovered this place yesterday and it changed how I think of pawnshops. I called first and was treated really nice right away. When I got there, "Mike" was quick to help me. He was so pleasant to deal with and had me on my way in no time. He even gave me more $$$ than we agreed on. He was great ! This shop is relatively small, with above half filled with jewelery and coins and the other side had power tools, and some guitars, etc. It was very clean and the location is great. It's right out on Lodi St. So for any of you that do business with pawnshops, either buying or selling, I'd give this place a try. You'll notice right away how professional and genuinely nice the staff is here. Great place !
