Wow! Customer service like in the old days! Hanh is friendly, professional, and does exceptional work. I went in for a simple necklace chain repair and he noticed that my wedding ring center stone prongs were badly worn. He showed me what they're supposed to look like, so I gladly agreed to that repair as well.Hanh not only did the repairs quickly, he also cleaned and polished my wedding ring to the point that it looks LITERALLY as pretty as when it was new. Amazing work, Hanh!!!

Found this repair shop and its delightful gentleman owner/operator through the magic of the internet after my favorite silver ring broke at the solder joint and I couldn't buy a replacement. The process was easy. Walked in, was quoted 30 minutes (another customer was waiting before me) and $45, which I was more than content to pay to bring my favorite ring back to life by a skilled craftsman. When I returned, my ring was good as new and had been given a nice cleaning. Well worth what I paid for this gentleman's skill, quality work and quick turnaround.Do not hesitate to come here for your jewelry repair needs, it is the literal best. Tucked in between a salon and a few other shops at Crescent and Lodi Ave, there is free parking in the back and along the streets. My only regret is I didn't find this place 10 years ago. While he accepts credit/debit card, if you can, I am asking you to bring cash as this is a small business and credit card processing fees are a beast for these small owner/operator services.

The first time I went to get a gold necklace fixed and I noticed my original chain had been replaced without my knowledge. The second time around, I went to get a gold bracelet shortened and the jeweler tried to pocket the remaining piece of gold. Be careful.

This is a small jewelry repair store but also sells and makes custom jewelry. Owned by a local small business owner named Hanh. He is very knowledgeable and nice. He made ring buying very easy with no pressure at all. He made recommendations based on his expertise. He custom made my setting to what I had envisioned and went above and beyond my expectations. It was exactly what I wanted and it was beautiful. He got it done really quickly as well. It was done in less than a week. Usually other places take 2 weeks to complete. Amazing service. I highly recommend going here. He does all repairs, battery watch replacement, and makes custom jewelry! One stop shop for all.
