I was pleased and amazed at how informative Brian Porter was at his job. Every single question I had was answered in detail. I've been to a lot of dealerships and have felt like the service writers kind of just pushed the job that I needed done to my car, Brian explained everything to me in a way that a 5 year old would understand, very respectful. My brother and I are shopping American work trucks.This location was our first stop, easy to find and a lot of options.We met the owners son, his name is Tim, nice guy. His family bought the dealership back in January.I'm very impressed with the build on the Diesel 2500's, wry solid!Doing our due diligence we're considering the Dodge or possibly another Chevrolet.

Beware of added features not listed when you review on-line sale price.Unlisted upcharges, features and additions buyer did not request.Ex. Lojack, chip resist paint etc. Approx 5k higher than internet list price.No thanks.

Sold me a lemon and Jeep won't fix it. The screen breaks regularly or the phone won't connect. Back up camera won't work. Then it resets and fixes itself. Sometimes an hour. Sometimes a day. Sometimes more or less. Jeep refuses to do anything about it. I've taken it in 5 times. The last time they said because they couldn't find anything wrong, I had to pay $270. It's a 2023 under warranty.

dan has taken over a month to try and get the services done to my car which is replace my engine my warranty has approved the repairs but nothing has been done to it. so i had a tow truck go and pick up my jeep from chrysler dodge jeep ram in lodi and tow it to a different mechanic that would do the job in a timely matter with great service and incredible customer service if you're not happy with what you're getting i suggest you do the same

SERIOUSLY!? Don't buy from this place . Terrible business.. repossessed my mother's car who's on social security. She explained her whole situation and was receiving a big chunk money from SSI for her down payment. They knew all her situation and sent a tow truck on SUNDAY NIGHT at 9:30 to take away her car . My mother had just spoken to the dealership and they hadn't given her any notice . She was in tears , couldn't make her Dr appointment the next day and the tow truck driver wouldn't even let us retrieve her items from the car . Her DOGS food and other items were repossessed as Well . Completely heartless and soulless company . They also lost on business for that car which in my opinion wasn't even worth the money but my mom wanted it .

Nothing but good things to say. First and foremost, huge thank you to Brian for all his help and communication. My vehicle was there for about 3 weeks and he did an amazing job updating me on everything. From the time parts were ordered, part arrived, and to when the vehicle was finished. 10/10. Will definitely be recommending to bring their vehicles here for service with Brian. Appreciate all your help.

We took our 2019 RAM in last week to have the fuel pump replaced after it died on me at work. Fortunately, it was still under warranty; however, because service fees with Lodi CDJR are so obscenely high, our warranty company only paid most of the cost, but we were on the hook for $220, PLUS expedited shipping for the fuel pump because a DODGE dealership does not keep that part on hand. We went in to pick it up Friday after work, and after waiting for about 10 minutes without being helped or even acknowledged, service man DAN helped a rude tow truck driver who came in after us. After finally being helped and getting out of there, we stopped off at the store on the way home. After coming out, the automatic starter would not work, and upon trying to start it with the push-button starter, it struggled to start and tried to die several times. We immediately took it back to Lodi CDJR to have them look at it. Without looking at our truck, service man DAN came up with the bright idea that the battery was dead and immediately began to insinuate that it was dead or dying when we brought it in.However, we had NO trouble with the battery BEFORE taking the truck in to have them repair it. While we waited to hear from them about what is actually wrong with it, my husband called to speak to MIKE, the Service Manager, who doubled down on it being perfectly normal for the battery to die after ONLY FIVE YEARS. He continued to insinuate that it was OUR fault, refused to replace it at their cost, AND got nasty with my husband and told him to just come pick it up if we had a problem with their determination that the dead batter was our fault.My husband gave in and agreed to pay for a new battery, but only if they would install it for free. So, after $325 for a new battery we finally have our truck back, but we will NOT be returning to Lodi CDJR to either purchase another vehicle, or to have our vehicles serviced. I bought my old Dodge from Folsom Lake Dodge, and we bought the new one from Cabral in Manteca, because Lodi CDJR is so obscenely overpriced.We strongly recommend others go elsewhere for both, as well.
