I work in Stockton and every time a corporate employee visits our local facility, we take them here for dinner.Make reservations in advance if you can, especially on weekends. They have a lot of tables, but it fills up.It's called Lodi Beer Co because it's a legit craft brewery, but if craft beer intimidates you, don't worry- they have plenty of other great drink options, and the food speaks for itself and is worth the visit on its own.Appetizers: We usually order a few bread loaves. It's basically a bread boule with vertical lines scored through the top making it pull apart. It's very good for tables of four or more. The bruschetta is also a popular option and is very savory and refreshing. The garlic fries are tossed in raw minced garlic, which is fine if that's your thing, but I prefer garlic powder or sautéed garlic on my garlic fries.Dinner: I've only ever had two dinner plates- the Caesar salad and the fish & chips. The Caesar salad was a nice big salad with semi-soft croutons. The fish and chips are always tasty. It's 4 pieces each about 5-6 inches long, and a side of regular-cut fries, along with a side of cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. The cocktail sauce was not overly horseradishy, which I appreciated, but the tartar sauce was bland and creamy. Still good fish and fries.I've had a few beers from their regular rotation, including the raspberry Hefeweizen, and their English Street Brown Ale. I've never had a bad beer. Their white wine selection is also solid.Overall it's a great restaurant. Always reliable service no matter when you go. It's a bit pricey (expect $15-$20 appetizers and $20-40 dinner plates) but as long as it remains reliable, it's worth the price. I will continue to frequent this restaurant for the foreseeable future.

This was my first time at this establishment and I must say what a horrible experience!Ordered garlic fries and nachos as appetizers...the fries were cold and the the nachos bland. Sent back the fries and received hot fries. There was no garlic pieces on the fries just Parmesan cheese. Best garlic fries are at Oracle park!Hana the server never once asked us how our food was which is unacceptable. The table was incredible dark I had to use my flashlight on my phone to see the menu. I took my son and 6 other family members there for his birthday but couldn't justify spending anymore money at this place! I ordered the Cajun burger and to me this is what made it two stars! It was the only item worth writing that was any good.Stay home, save your money, not the place to go!

This was our first visit to Lodi Beer Co. We were immediately greeted by two friendly and courteous hosts. We were told there was going to be a 15 min wait for a booth but were able to grab cocktails at the bar while we wait. Yes please and thank you!I was impressed with their waitlist. I immediately received a text where I was updated on our wait time and could see us on the list as it updated. Very cool! There seemed to be a bit of confusion behind the bar. Though each of the four persons behind the bar looked at us, nobody immediately greeted us except for another customer. We were eventually greeted by the bartender and revived our drinks. Our table was ready shortly after receiving our drinks. Our server was friendly and courteous. We ordered wings as an appetizer. For dinner, we ordered the fish n chips with sweet potato fries and French Dip with regular fries. The fish n chips was a 4 out of 5 stars. The French dip was 3 out of 5. French Dip is usually my go-to at most places. This just fell flat for me. The bread wasn't toasted or grilled as has been my experience at other restaurants. Both order of fries were great. For dessert we had the cheesecake. Man, this was so creamy with the right amount of thickness. Our server did check on us throughout our visit. I would've given 4 stars but it's a total pet peeve to sit with dirty dishes on the table, especially when the server walks away from the table with empty hands. C'mon, clear the plates. 5 stars would've been greeted at the bar earlier, don't ignore a customer even if not by the actual bartender. You're behind the bar - acknowledge the customer. Also, don't walk away from a table empty handed when there are two dirty entree plates sitting there.

I don't drink beer, I was here for the food. And they did not disappoint. The cheese loaf isn't something I'd normally order, but it was sooo good. Baked fresh with cheese and had the dipping sauce on the same plate. I loved their fries and the steak sandwich. It was a good amount of food, and I was able to take some home. The service was also quick and attentive.

Really nice location. Stopped in for a lunch bite. Did not realize how big the local was until being seating. It was sprinkling this particular visit but they do have a really small sidewalk patio seating available. For our first visit meals and appetizers we chose to go with the cheese bread, nachos and fettuccine. All which were really tasteful and good. The location was very Lively and the service was festive and nice. There is a nice window view looking out towards the downtown area of Lodi lots of good fod and beer created and made here! Great gathering local for any occasion.

Service: OK. 3/4Food: Delicious. 5/5Ambiance: Good. 4/5Party of 4. 2 kids and 2 adults. Lunch time on a Saturday. We beet the busy crowd and was seated before the rest of the folks showed up. Big and spacious dining and bar area.Out waitress came over twice because we were not ready to order the first time. We waited for what seemed like a long time for her to come back and take out order. I had to find another waitress and tell her that we were ready to order, but I had forgotten who our waitress was. Other than that, we had a good experience. We would visit again. Our food orders were all good.

Lodi Beer Co. is a solid choice for dining in Downtown Lodi. I've been here quite a few times and have always enjoyed my meals. Delicious items: deep friend brussel sprouts, garlic fries, chicken wrap, and the fish tacos (my favorite)!Beer and cocktails are delicious and really great atmosphere. I will note that this place can become very loud inside. So if you're searching for something quiet, this might not be the best option. They have a couple spaces outdoors to sit as well.

I must say, Lodi Beer is the place to bring your out-of-town friends for some good food and beverages on your Birthday! We were seated in the back room which was great since it had a big, beautiful Christmas tree in the corner. We had a party of 8, however, our two waitresses were really great and remembered to keep our glasses full and ask us how were doing several times. All of our plates, which included burgers, sandwiches, and a salad with grilled salmon on top, were delicious. My friends enjoyed it all including the beer flights and house made root beer. My bleu cheese burger was perfectly cooked med rare and piled high with bleu cheese crumbles. The onion rings served with the 5 Napkin Burger were huge and had a non-greasy coating! The Cubano sandwich was pleasantly devoured by my other friend and he loved all the pickled onions, cheeses, ham and pork perfectly compressed inside. I must try that interesting sandwich next time. The Birthday gal had a wonderful time and the waitress was kind enough to take a pic of us in front of the Christmas tree on our way out. We all had a great time! Thanks!

Staff were super friendly, attentive, and had great suggestions. I went a little off menu and the happily accommodated the request. Music was at an appropriate level, but it is a big open space so I could see how it could be loud other days of the week. I highly enjoyed my experience and can't recommend enough the brussel sprouts and the buffalo chicken sandwich as a wrap. The fries...SO CRISPY. While the decor has mostly been updated to reflect cozy/modern, the booth seats could use an update in upholstery.

Nothing too special here. Food was average and drinks were decent. Shared a flight with a group of friends and we felt like it was okay. Poke Nachos here are a solid appetizer, but other than that, nothing stood out to us when we were here.Inside is very lively and fun though! A cool place to come have a drink and chat. Food can come after if you're feeling hungry.
