Our art and food tour was amazing! We were treated to a wide variety of foods and drink and great history on some of the murals in the midtown area. Kevin was a knowledgeable guide and, overall, we would highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely incredible! Sacramento is not a very large city, but there's a lot of history and it packs a lot of punch with its urban art, and well rounded food options! I had the pleasure of not only having pretty much a private food tour with my boyfriend, but we had the most lively and knowledgeable tour guide!Dawnie really pulled out all the great tricks, tips and places!!!! Dawnie was so cool I wanted to ask her if we could be friends What I really appreciated about this tour was it doesn't matter if you're a tourist, traveler, or resident of Sacramento, I promise you there will be information and maybe even some local spots that you had no idea about! My boyfriend grew up in Sacramento and he was so delighted to have this experience . I want to purchase gift vouchers for every person I know in Sacramento to go on this tour with Dawnie!! if you were contemplating booking online whether it's through Expedia or any other travel platform, just do it. It's money well spent and one of the greatest ways to spend a day in Sacramento.

This exceeded expectations. We did the food tour in Sacramento. The tour guide was well versed in both food knowledge and history of the area. We left stuffed and satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food and the quality of the tour. I would highly recommend this not just to visitors, but even locals. My out of town Dad learned a lot, but so did I, as a local.

This was such a great outing. Our guide Dawnie shared her wealth of knowledge regarding cuisine and culinary events. We also visited several murals in the midtown area and learned about the artists. I've lived in the area for years and was amazed by the amount of information that I learned on the tour. Dawnie has an upbeat personality and ensured that members of the group enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and we had a nice variety at the various restaurants. If you are new to the area or have lived here your whole life, I highly recommend this tour.

I have been in sac my whole life and I didn't know there is a local food tour! It was a nice day to be walking around downtown. Met up with Dawnie, the tour guide at Azul. Did a little introduction with the whole group and the tour started!Azul: everyone got a sample of their street tacosPachamama Coffee: pick any coffee from their menuThai Basil: full entree sizes of their pad thai, veggie fresh rolls, brussel sproutsThe Golden Bear: get any cocktail and whole pizza to share with the groupGinger Elizabeth: for dessert of course! Get 4 macaronsBesides tasting the local food, got the chance to look at some murals and learned the history behind them. Each one has an unique story. I didn't know sac has that many murals! Really awesome!Dawnie was such an amazing tour guide. She was very patient, knowledgeable, nice, friendly and definitely made the whole tour fun and exciting.

Dawnie is AMAZING! Hands down the best food and art tour anyone could ask for. She went beyond all expectations for my sister's special bachelorette weekend, and was incredibly flexible with the date/time. Dawnie is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of both the food the murals and we loved learning about everything as we went. The locations she chose were unique and each had their own special vibe. Her lovely personality made the tour so memorable and we feel blessed to have had this opportunity. We will cherish it for a lifetime! Thank you, Dawnie, for your one of a kind tour! It was perfection ending it with Ginger Elizabeth's salted caramel macaron ice cream sandwich!! First of all I received very good customer service as I ended up wanting to reschedule to a different tour than I originally signed up for. This change was made almost effortlessly on my part and I wasn't in the slightest bit made to feel like I was inconveniencing anyone with my request. The tour itself far exceeded my expectations. I wish I remembered my tour guides name, she was so friendly and personable as she delivered extensive knowledge about Sacramento's art, history, and culture in a fun and engaging manner. A couple of the places she took us included Coriander Vietnamese restaurant and Revolution Kitchen & Winery - everything we ate on the tour was truly amazing and delicious!

We did the Sutter tour which starts in the morning. It was very good. Dawnie was great and full of knowledge. She also gave us tips on other places to go and that worked out great.

We did the Sutter area tour in April 2024 and it was really incredible. Although we've lived in Sacramento for years, we learned new/interesting information about the city, particularly the food scene -- and every stop along the way was (another surprise) a place we'd never eaten! Dawnie was generous with her time and knowledge and made the experience a clear 10 out of 10! Definitely worth the time and price even if you've lived here all your life! And, what a fabulous idea for a gift certificate.

These tours are fabulous. We've been on all of them and every time we have out of town guests it's a chance to see what's new on the menu. Everyone loves the food and is always surprised at the Sacramento history that is all around the various downtown areas. These tours are a great way to get to know the city whether you live here or not! The guides are full of tips and tidbits of Sacramento and really know their city history. The food is always amazing and the art is just icing on the cake :)
