Absolutely Amazing! This place has been absolutely wonderful to my son, it was had to find a new school after because they set the bar so high. The staff will be truly missed. I want to Thank every one of the staff / teachers who had an amazing impact on my child's life. He has came home everyday and has told me new things he's learned / happy stories he will have as memories. He had a great kick start to his education because of you. Thank you.

We were lucky to find Little Learners for our son. He has thrived here. The location is safe, clean and convenient! We are able to openly talk with teachers, aides, directors about his progress, which we do almost weekly! He comes home raving about new lessons they did in school! They have done a great job engaging him and making him excited for school! As an LGBT family, we were concerned if they would accept him but during our walk-through we were guaranteed that it was not an issue. Definitely worth the time to check out for your family!

This is a highly prejudice school. I do not recommend at all. Even though they say they are a non judgmental school they will definitely make assumptions about your child without even meeting them. They discriminate against children with learning and/or speech delays.I went in to speak to them about my child starting there and once they became aware that he has autism, although high functioning and only has a speech delay, they refused any kind of preschool services to him. This was after they had previously reassured me that they had available spaces. The employees there were extremely rude during this process, leaving me and my child feeling uncomfortable and upset about the whole interaction.

After researching Little Learner's faith-based educational curriculum and meeting with the Director, I enrolled him into preschool July, 2022, at age 4. The teaching staff were extremely caring, patient, and created a structured environment conducive to learning. The social aspect of interacting with other kids his age at Little Learners has proven invaluable. By graduation, my child was singing songs by memory and recognizing letters with their sounds. Needless to say I was a very proud daddy at his graduation ceremony

Both of our girls attended Little Learners for years! We had so many caring and compassionate teachers, in such a nurturing environment. All the teachers made a special connection with our kids, whether they were in their classes or not.The school catered their Curriculum for each age group and incorporated nature, culture and Faith. The facility is clean and very safe! We loved our time at Little Learners so much! it will be imprinted on us forever. Many tears on our last day, moving onto the next chapter for our littles! Thank you so much to all the amazing staff for starting our girlies on the right track in their education!Kerry & Danny Morris

I do NOT recommend school, I had a walk through with the Director Bonnie after letting her know I needed a full time schedule for my 4 year old son, which she said they had availability. I did not bring my son to the walk through because he was sick that week. Everything was going fine during the walk through, I made Bonnie aware that my son has Autism, but that he is high functioning, and is a very smart child with no behaviors. Her deminer changed after that, and she started to give me advice, and suggest I get him additonal support. I let her know that I worked with the Autism Program at STOCKTON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT for many years and that I'm very aware of the programs they offer. She told me that she likes the meet the children before she makes the decision of accepting the applications or not. We scheduled another walk through 7 days later where she met my son and she had my son meet the teachers and say hi to the students. Once we were done with the walk through, she suggested my son start in half days so he could get use to the school because she didn't think he would be able to handle being in the full time class. She made this statement based off meeting my son for 10minutes. I told her no that's not what I originally requested and that my son would do fine. THEN she told me that their curriculum is difficult, and then stated the school couldn't offer my son any additional support that, mind you, I did not ask for any additional support. She basically discriminated against my son because she did not want him to attend the school because of his diagnose. I also talked to Charlene the Administrator who did nothing but state that they have to think about all the children and there safety, as if my son was a threat to the school. My friend works for their preschool, and she stated they have NOT had any new enrollments in the last couple of weeks, let alone the 7 days from my first to second walk through with my son. I know them being at "maximum capacity" was not the reason for why they declined my child from attending the school because they would have said that from the very beginning. As a parent of an Autistic Child and a former SUSD employee for the Autism Program, I am very disappointed in their actions, no child with intellectual or developmental disabilities should be looked down upon, they say they welcome all children with diagnosis but they really don't. If you have been in this situation with this school, you are NOT alone. If you have a child diagnose with Autism, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I will always speak up and be my sons voice, and for the Autism Community

Over the course of twenty years I've had three family members attend Little Learners and We Care Preschool. The first family member who is my little brother attended We Care Preschool in 2000. He was three at the time and attended the school until it was time for him to go to kindergarten. I noticed how loving, caring, nurturing, diverse, active and attentive the environment was. When I had a child of my own and she turned two in 2011. I knew exactly where I wanted her to attend. The only difference was a few staff but it was still the same welcoming and warm environment that I remembered. We Care Preschool had to merge with Little Learners a few months before my oldest went to kindergarten and We Care shut down. When I had my second child she began attending Little Learners in 2019 and currently is. She graduated kindergarten and is enjoying the rest of the summer there. I'm so great full to all the staff that have created a safe and loving learning space for all the children that attend. They stay consistent!
