PRO-TIP: $3 entry with SNAP/EBT under Museums for All program! Definitely worth stopping by! You can easily spend a couple hours here learning about the local wildlife and conservation efforts that you can do at the individual level and community level too. There's LOTS of animals here as well and many of them are rescues taken in from the community that can't be released back into the wild and I think that's pretty cool. There's parking outside but since it's in a suburban area there's also street parking and on particularly busy days you can also park in the church across the street when it's marked as overflow parking. You go up the stairs to enter in at first and there's a small gift shop area there as well. There's lots of interactive displays and hands on okay to touch displays for children as well. Lots of taxidermy models as well as live specimens for children to observe. Love that there are so many animals here from arthropods, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals. Keep your eye out on their schedule for keeper talks so you can get up close and personal to learn about the animals, how they're taken care of, their own stories, and how you can help support them as well. There's also an outdoors area where you can take a look at their raven as well as some of their hawks and other raptor birds. I thought it was pretty cool that for a "smaller" wildlife "zoo" that they have a bald eagle! I also liked that they had more "common" animals here too such as rabbits, guinea pigs, alligator fence lizard, the common chuckwalla, and a rock dove pigeon as well. I also thought it was super cool that some of their smaller falcon type birds were hanging out indoors and were just squawking away. Definitely eye catching! Another thing that I really loved was the care in husbandry that they provided for their animals. I saw them do routine weighing, temperature gun scanning for basking spot, and feeding for their chuckwalla and it was quite similar to my own for my beardie and it's quite heartwarming. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area and love animals!

Great for kids, especially toddler thru pre teen. Even wonderful for my senior citizen mother when she came out to visit, easy to walk around, fun to hear about the animals.

It's a great place for school tours or quick weekday tours, otherwise I can imagine it getting crowded especially during the show/presentation times. We went on a friday, both our kids, one is just starting to walk so it was a great time there with just a few people and lots of space for him to practice walking. They have some amazing exhibits, the bee hive was my favorite because I have never seen it such up close and trying to find the Queen! They also have a nice big play room and some bean bags around. The presentation at 1 pm was the Black widow spider on Friday, and the presenter was amazing. She was really good at it, friendly, animating exactly when needed, keeping everyone interested and had many fun facts. Parking was easy and there is a nice park right next door if you want to spend more time with kid activities.

Cute hour long activity for kids and adults alike. Love their mission of healing birds and making sure they're okay. Favorite was the wood pecker.

Enjoyed a delightful local wildlife experience with our 2-year-old. I was pleasantly surprised to learn interesting aspects about creatures. Learned about the fantastic work done in the lab in rescuing animals from various tragedies. The facility features local snakes, wizards, and birds, along with an exciting bird flying experience. Periodically, experts share insights about different animal types, engaging with children. I gained valuable knowledge about bees, their lives, reproduction, and honey-making. Looking forward to returning for more discoveries.

This place is okay. I definitely think the price charged is not really worth what you see. I guess one of the more interesting things there is the bald eagle but most of the other animals you could see for free at a local petco (guinea pig & mice) or just walking outside (pigeon). The staff is friendly & I do like that there is a park right out back so it's a cool family day. I just think they should either offer more for the admission price or lower the admission price.

Love the LWE! We had our baby shower there last month and rented out the Manzanita room to host 80 of our family and friends. This is a wonderful wild life museum and a perfect place for events too. All the little kids and adults had a great time exploring the museum during the shower. Katie ( the event coordinator) was such a pleasure to work with when it came to planning and hosting the event. The space was big, beautiful, and clean. They provided all the tables and chairs which was great too. This was cost effective and a great hidden gem- I could see this being great for our little ones birthday parties in the future since they have a smaller room you can rent out too. Thanks LWE experience and Katie for everything. We'll be back to see the you all when our baby arrives so we can show her the museum, the animals, and where we had her shower.

Fun, educational, and a great cause since they help rehabilitate hurt animals! Great for kids or adults looking to learn about local wildlife. I actually went here for my bachelorette and had a great time. We spent about 1.5 hours here.

If you're an adult, this space will be about a 2-3 star experience. It's largely the top floor and there is a good bit of seating sprinkled about so you can sit while watching your child interact with the animals behind the glass. As a child I'd say this could be a 4-5 star. The animals above some exhibits look stuffed - they're not, as you will find when they turn to look at you. The rabbit and rat room are captivating on their own, but we also really enjoyed the pigeon following us along his rope. It's a bit on the expensive side, especially as the first floor is largely dedicated to birthday parties, but they do quite a bit of humanitarian work that I think should be considered with the pricetag.Overall Lindsay Wildlife Experience is good to do at least once, and is definitely something if you've moved to the area you should bring your children to.

Very disappointed for the price of entrance. 1. Size of building: Paying $36 to get in for myself (1 adult) and my 18 month old. It was main floor (the store) which took up half the floor selling junk, then nothing but stuffed animals. Ya, they are were real at one point, but they are stuffed. 2.bottom floor: this was the big joke of it all. garbage. Just bunch of tables, looked like a dead basement. overall, will never go back, will not support and was a huge disappointment!!
