First time visit today and really enjoyed Lincoln Rifle Club Dillman Range. Easy to find, great parking and nice outdoor set up. Facility was clean and very well staffed. Everyone treated our group so well, helped when needed - offered useful suggestions and created a safe environment to experience the range. Big hat tip to the range for running a tight ship. Can't wait to return.

Recently visited LRC for the first time as I've been looking for a new go-to range in the area and had a great experience. It was a weekend afternoon so the range was fairly busy but still had ample parking and available shooting lanes. There's signs posted to check in with the RSO (range safety officer) before bringing your firearms to the bench. I checked in and paid the range fee, grabbed my stuff when given the go-ahead (can only bring firearms to the bench during live-fire periods), and was good to go.The RSO Joe was super welcoming and friendly and gave me a quick intro to the facility and range rules as it was my first visit. They have everything you need including target stands, targets, staple gun, etc. just bring your own ammo and gear. The range was safe, clean, and well-kept. Everyone's responsible for cleaning up their own brass and they have brooms and dust bins nearby. The concrete benches, shaded shooting area, and casing net were all welcome and made for a pleasant afternoon even with the summer heat. Overall, this was a really positive experience thanks to the friendly staff and quality range facility. I'll be checking out the membership options and making another trip soon!

Nice range. Enjoyed our session. 3 stars just because pricing is too expensive. $20 a person? Brought our own ammo, brought own targets, what are we paying for. $20 for a concrete table is a little on the high side in my opinion

120 bucks for a year membership! It pays for a safety class, as many targets as you need, rifle range up to 200 yards, handgun range, and shotgun range. What else could you ask for? Everyone is so nice and friendly. So many new shooters out their and they spend the time teaching them and keeping em safe. If you don't want to drive to BLM it's totally worth it.

I normally go to the Gun range off of Watt Ave, decided to give this range a try. I was surprised how clean and how nice the range was considering it's an outdoor range. The RSO was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this range to anyone who would like to try something different from indoor shooting. Nothing like some fresh air and nice people to be around.

Contrary to other reviews I found this outdoor range a breath of fresh air. First time visiting the range I was asked to sign in and read over the range rules. Paid my fee and waited for the cease fire to set up my target. Staff here was pretty pleasant. A bunch of older men who were very helpful when I asked general questions about the range. I didn't find any of them to be rude to me but then again it wasn't my first rodeo at an outdoor gun range and I did my best not to step on anyones toes. They have porto potties on site and a water pump sink to wash your hands. Staple guns are provided as well as one free target when you pay. Be sure to make use of the screen that extends down at your bench so that your brass isn't flying over into your neighbors space. One tip I will give is to be sure and bring your plastic flag that that shows that the chamber is empty on your firearm. Staff really looks for that flag when they inspect firearms after the cease fire. .

Exceptionally well laid out and managed range. Range officers are strict about safety; firm but polite. Once you learn their rules, it's easy to relax and have a fun day of shooting. I've read the reviews about how the officers are harda** and judgmental. I don't agree. They are all about keeping everyone safe - nothing more. If you go there and try to act stupid, they shut you down - which is their job. This is the best place I've found to shoot in the Sacramento area.
