Update:They tried reaching out and said "we do notice the carpet stains in your pictures" and it is "your right to have an opinion regarding the condition not meeting your expectations".So now it's my fault that I have an opinion that stains aren't acceptable? Again, warning not to use this company if vehicle condition is important to you.

I decided to surprise my friend with a limousine for her birthday celebration in Napa a couple of weeks ago. Initially we were going to uber everywhere, but with 8 people I thought it would be a lot more comfortable and fun to be together in a limo--I am SO glad I decided on Limos of Napa!As soon as we got picked up, I noticed that the limousine was incredibly clean and new. I was worried that with 8 people we would feel squished, but to my surprise it was very spacious and the AC worked well to keep us cool throughout the day. Our driver was so helpful with helping us choose wineries to go to; it was our first time doing wine tours in Napa and we wanted to make sure to go to the best places to make the weekend memorable, and our driver knew EXACTLY where to take us! He truly went above and beyond to make the weekend go perfectly smooth and was very friendly to us, even when I felt like we got a little loud in the back. Our experience with Limos of Napa made us feel extra special, and I will definitely be giving this company a call back for our next trip to Napa. Thanks a bunch!

I arranged a six hour charter for my Fiancé and her bridal party of nine highly-accomplished women on Saturday August 7, 2021. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the driver, Steve who commended himself for being on time, but apologizing for the deplorable vehicle he was having to drive and pickup my fiancé and her party in. I did a walk-through with Steve around the 2007 Ford Expedition stretch and was in shock because of the deplorable condition of the vehicle. The limo had multiple dents, scratches, and dings, to include what appeared to be fresh right rear quarter panel damage. The exterior vinyl roof had multiple tears along the entire length of the vehicle, and the interior carpets were stained, dirty, and there was a musty smell only described as a wet cat. I was completely embarrassed to ask my fiancé and her party to even get into the limo, but they did and made the best of it. The six hour charter cost $910.00 plus a $140.00 mandatory cash tip for the driver Steve who was the only saving Grace of the day. Limos of Napa provided me with what one passenger described as a "rolling eye-sore" and fell completely flat with regard to my reasonable expectation of a road-worthy limousine worthy of transporting all nine of these beautifully talented and self-empowered women. I can't in good conscience ever recommend Limos of Napa because of the deplorable vehicle I was provided which should be driven to the scrap yard and retired. I am completely disappointed with this charter and Limousine service. No star rating and not sorry for it as I'm doing the next potential customer a service by simply saying, beware.

I didn't go on the actual limo ride as I had to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, but I give this business 5 stars as they were extremely professional and helpful during my booking process (even offered a free extra hour) and when I had to cancel.

We used Limos of Napa for my sister's bachelorette party and I am SO glad we did. From the first phone call with planning to the last drop off with the driver- everything went smoothly. We had a full day of wine tastings planned-we got to every tasting on time and happy. The limo was stocked with waters, ice, and auxiliary cords for music. It was the perfect atmosphere for a fun wine tasting weekend! The managing staff (Ruth) was so helpful and accommodating and our driver, Shula, was prompt and friendly. Thanks so much for a fun stress free day!

We had the most amazing day with Limos of Napa! Our driver, Gary, exceeded all our expectations and made our trip so great. He was very knowledgable in the area and catered to all our wishes and changes through out the day. The limo itself was in excellent condition and very comfy. We are so glad we used Limos of Napa for our day of wine tasting and will certainly be using them again our next time in Napa!!

We had a great experience with Limos of Napa. Henry picked us up down on the peninsula, did a great job avoiding traffic in the way to Napa and we made our dinner reservation in time. He was professional and friendly. We accidentally left an item in the car and they called us back and we got it the next day. Plan to use them again.

Great trip to Sonoma! Hector picked us up in San Francisco. He was professional, very friendly, offered good suggestions, and was very accommodating. We enjoyed a wonderfulday in Sonoma and want to give a shout out to Hector for great service!We initially booked for 6 hours and ended up spending 8 hours!

Do not use this service! Never showed & did not answer the phone for hours. When I finally got in touch they accused us of not confirming our reservation yet we had an email confirmation number. Not worth the risk. Terrible business

Limos of Napa is under new ownership and the new owner contacted me personally to make-good on my experience last summer. What a breath of fresh air! Lamont is all about customer service and satisfaction. Can't wait to get back to Napa and try out the new and improved Limos of Napa! Great customer service goes a long way!
