We went for a birthday celebration. The service was wonderful. Jack checked us in and Ash served us. Both were great. However, the music was so incredibly loud we could not enjoy any conversation. The food was pretty bad. They serve Coke but not Diet Coke which was a bummer. We will go again for the fun but will eat somewhere else.

Ugh, I'm torn with this place because of the potential. It could be great but they need to do better. Growing up nearby, I would've loved to have somewhere to hang out like this... Brentwood needed a spot like this a long time ago. Thankfully, I rarely go out this way. First off, they almost NEVER pick up the phone. They actually never picked up the phone for me. When you do call it goes to a prerecorded message saying you're being placed on hold but when I realized you're actually listening to yourself breathe and silence on the other end... I pressed a random button to find out it's actually their voicemail. I was trying to finalize my plans for my husband's surprise bday thing but i didn't want to show up 25+ deep and then have to wait. When I told my frustration to my cousin, he was nice enough to offer to physically go into the spot cus I was having a hard time getting a hold of anyone and he lives nearby. I also only received a response for my inquiry online like a day before the party. Lucky for him, someone magically picked up his call on the first try. He was able to book my party but got the most minimal information. I didn't find out until the day of that they want you to be at the location 30 minutes prior to your booked time which makes no sense or I would've booked it for 8:30 instead of 7:40 because my dinner reservations were at 6:30 nearby. When we found this out, we tried multiple attempts to call the business to straighten this out and I left a voicemail but again still no luck or call back.My cousin ran over at 7:40 because my party was still stuck at the restaurant and they were able to accommodate our party to start at 8:00 instead. When I got there, the girl at the front was really confused. She couldn't figure how many people would be at each range so it was charging me for 18 people instead of 11 adults and 2 kids. She couldn't explain to me what she was trying to do so I couldn't figure out how to help her until my cousin butted in and helped her do math LOL. Even though we got there on time there was still about a 30 minute wait, which was fine for me because I wanted to sing happy birthday/serve the cake. I was told they don't allow "fire" in the business but one of the employees saw our sad candles and lit it anyway. I hope she doesn't get in trouble for trying to be nice. Also, when I asked for a knife they said they didn't have one so I used the back of a fork until another employee showed up with plates and a butter knife? Honestly, besides the confusion at the beginning and the girl at the front desk at the end of the party when we were walking out who didn't respond to my thank you... all the other employees were really nice when you could stop them. It's obviously a busy environment and it's loud so I do wonder if they can even hear a phone ring. I could also tell the girl at the bar was new because I don't think she knew what she was doing based on not knowing if she could give me dollar bills for my $20 and overfilling the beer mugs but she was sweet tho.Nevertheless, it's a cute spot, the ambiance was nice. The bathrooms were clean. My almost 2 year old had HELLA fun in the arcade section and just running around dancing to the music which she surprisingly didn't run into anything or anybody and my man and party enjoyed the axe throwing. There is also a lot of other board games/jenga for the older kids and they loved it here too. I wouldn't mind coming back but I don't know if I would host another big party and I also read the food is horrible so I can't be the judge of that either. It also would have been nice if the more private section with 3 ranges the girl mentioned she would have put us at wasn't broken. They also never gave my husband his free birthday shirt he was promised, soooo if anyone sees this LMK so I can pick it up lol because I doubt you'll pick up the phone.

Celebrated my birthday here with friends and family. Great experience! Kid friendly, great vibe, and exceptional service. Ash was a super cool dude, always checking on us and very helpful. Drinks were good at a reasonable price. I do wish they had more food options. We had tacos and nachos and they were ok. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon.

Food was absolutely horrible! To say the least. Service is GREAT. Kev the bat tender is absolutely fast fun and friendly. Wkll go back just because of him. The ambiance is wonderful and inviting and very clean. But again the food WTF!!!!! Nachos with cheese sauce, come on WHY! Cheesy garlic bread looked delicious but was soaked with some sort of Alfredo goop under the cheese horrible. Sorry but a no for me.

Axe throwing was COOL. The food was HORRIBLE. Got the hummus platter, giant pretzel, Mac and cheese with and without bacon, sliders. All of it was absolutely awful and the service was sooooooo slow. You want lite beer??? Forget about it!!! They had coors lite on the menu and that was all. No sours . Ambiance was of course loud, but the place was set up nice. They add 20% gratuity to parties of 6 or more automatically, then ask for additional tip on the check out screen so be careful. We could have gotten better food at Taco Bell. I wanted to compare this place to "Sauced" but it doesn't stand a chance next to them. Also it was my husband's 40th birthday and no mention of any birthday discount.

Decided to check this place out after getting dessert with my kids nearby on my son's birthday. Looked clean, fun, and I just wanted to ask a few questions. The hosts were incredible and even convinced us to stay and play a round! Piper in particular made my son feel insanely special on his birthday and offered fun extras like hanging up a balloon for him to pop! She made the entire experience unforgettable and is the reason we will be returning customers! Thank you, Piper!

I've been to this place twice! Both times were on a Wednesday.I walked in and the place looked spectacular! Aesthetics, cozy couches, TVs if you're into watching sports, tons of lanes, Jenga, and a small arcade area!Parking is super convenient in the streets of Brentwood where there's parking everywhere and if you don't know about the back lots, there's even more parking. I found a spot right in front of salad makers, since I went in the evening.1st visit I went with some girlfriends to throw some axes! I sat on the couch and ordered a pretzel. It took forever to come and I even forgot who my waitress was, because no one checked in on me asked if I wanted a drink, or to tell me that it would be on its way soon... and the place was very slow . It wasn't the best pretzel I've ever had --- I like the ones from the bowling alley. I ordered a Shirley Temple with tons of cherries and no cherries were in my drink. They said they ran out. Another person ordered a beer and I think the word sunrise was on it because they delivered her tequila sunrise....I was not enthused with the waitress. The first time we went, our boards must've been brand new barely any marks compared to the second time I went - they were not watered down and it was really hard to stick, but it was my first time so I figured I must not be good--- until I went again on a date night and realized I am really good! Second visit was for a date night, as I mentioned, I love the aesthetic so I wanted to go out with him. We had a much better waitress! I received my Shirley Temple with tons of cherries! She continued to check in with my husband to get him more beer. Our boards were nice and broken in, and they told us about spring them down with water which was never mentioned last time. And I just did so well I was getting 35 points in games- completely beat my husband and almost every game! We did order a dessert. The marshmallow cookie was very overcooked and burnt, but we ate what we could and did not complain. We had a great time playing Jenga! We will definitely be back this next time we'll be with our entire family. I did not know that this was a kid friendly place, but ax throwing is allowed for ages ten and up! We will probably just stick to beverages and eat beforehand.

Ok so I had high hopes for this place but was sadly disappointed. We went to do a large party birthday event for a family member on the evening of Sat 2/22. Pre-booked 3 ranges and that worked out well. They had too few people working for how many people were using the facility. No apparent management present or at least not visible to where someone could speak to them. Food was expensive, very limited variety and compared to what you get, it was not high quality. I ordered plain old nachos with cheese and jalapenos ($8) but they were almost cold when they got served, also got a buffalo chicken wrap ($14) and it was missing the coleslaw, the pepperocini's and the buffalo ranch dressing (all I asked for was no red onion). It said pick potato salad, kettle chips or pickle chips as a side, I asked for ketttle chips but literally just got a bunch of tortilla chips and for some reason a side of salsa. So not served what I ordered and they didn't even offer to make it right. Lastly ordered a diet coke and a glass of water, neither were ever delivered and I had to go up to the bar 20 min later to ask if I could have the drinks I had already paid for.The ax throwing was fairly fun or this place would get a 1 star from me.
