Bought my wife a pistol here and had great customer service throughout. I didn't originally bring the right documents but the girl working was super patient and helpful while I dealt with the issue, and helped me get it sorted. Walked away with a great gift at a good price, plus very friendly people.

The truth doesn't flow out the mouths of this place. Their prices are ridiculous and the attitude is more than enough to make sure I will never shop there again. I will also make sure none of my family or friends shop there.

Young kid behind the counter had an attitude. Acted very bothered with my question so I walked out drove to Jackson to foot hill firearm to make my purchase. Missed out on a sale because his pour attitude.

This place is horrible, I left so upset and will never go back. I traded in my gun and bought a gun and was charged 160 in taxes and fee, then charges me 20 dollars for ATM which he never said was going to be charged, I could have used cash.. My ammo that I just bought from them I was told they would trade straight across for the ammo I need and he was wanting to just give me half price for the boxes. Absolutely horrible. Mind you I would have just left but I had already sold them my gun and bought the new one and couldn't cancel it all. DONT GO HERE, GO to jackson 100 percent
