We've been there a few times, for family photos, always happy with results, and you can't beat the prices ;)

We have a family of 5. Me, my husband, MY son, my my husbands daughter and then our youngest daughter which ties us all together. With our schedules it is extremely hard to have all of us together for a professional family photo. The last professional family photo we took was 8 years ago, when our youngest daughter was 2! November 30th, our household woke up early and got ready to meet our family to shop at the modesto mall. Both my daughters were dressed first and put on matching sweaters. I immediately started calling around photography places in modesto to book a photo session while we were out there. When I called Lee Photography it sounded very busy. They actually doubled booked my time spot for 5:30p that day, but honored it and said "Come on in. Don't worry, we'll get you in!"We all got ready and went to the mall prior to going to Lee's. When we got to Lee's, it was cozy, CLEAN, and seemed to be family owned. They had a bathroom which was VERY CLEAN (clean is important to me .) My son is 20, daughter 13, daughter 9. The youngest can be a bit mischievous, which gets her sister going and then there's a lot of: don't touch my knee, scoot over, stop looking at me (etc....) I was excited and a bit nervous for this photo session. The lady that took our photos was absolutely AMAZING!!! I was extremely pleased on how well she managed all our personalities and was EXTREMELY PLEASANT, PATIENT & PROFESSIONAL. She positioned us and fixed our hair and easily guided us through our session. Since we were double booked and we showed up early, she took us first. I never felt rushed AT ALL! A couple times she repositioned decor to best fit our family. It made me feel like my family was important to her. It was such a memorable experience. When we left I shared my experience with everyone. However, the experience is only HALF of it. I was hoping that the photos were great too. The Christmas background was STUNNING! We went back today and saw the photos. Our package included 3 poses. There were so nice that we added on an extra pose and opted for the 2 poses in digital copies. I work in customer service, so that's extremely important to me. This family really treats everyone with respect and kindness and are very professional! I feel as if we've stumbled across their business right when we needed them!

Took my little Godson for his Easter portrait and I must say that the service was excellent. You would assume that since it's a private studio it would be expensive , but we were surprised by the affordability.Definan going back to take first communion and family portraits.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. These new owners are driving this place down to the ground quick they are nothing compared to what lee's was! To begin they run late on your appointment then when they finally get in there they make you feel rushed like it's your fault not! They have no notion of what they're doing especially the lady up front on the counter. Once you finally have your pictures they're really shady in the way they let you pick them the options they give you are trash to combine them. I've been going to Lee's photography for 10 years and sorry to say this is the last time I step foot in there and you would think with the way the prices increases it would be better but no it's actually a waste of money. These new owners better get it together quick because as I was standing there another customer also let them know they would never come back again.

Me and my family have been coming here for 14+ years. Panna deserves an award for managing to get an amazing picture every year of these crazy kids!!! They look cute and innocent but let me tell you it was pure chaos in there! I really don't know how she does it. All our pictures always come out amazing. Thank you so much for always doing a great job and being so patient

If there was a choice for no stars zero would be it! The worst experience ever! The "photographer" had no idea what so ever. What to do, how to create, place people, or be creative at all. Lorraine was running the show & has NO customer service skills at all. Rude, this is how it is attitude. So sad as we had been going to Lee's since 2005. All of our family pictures that we have from Lee's were amazing & I highly do not recommend the new owners. They WERE amazing & that's why we drove an hour & a half 1 way!

I absolutely love this place! They always turn out amazing pictures and the staff are awesome and super friendly. I first went to Picture People in the mall, had a 1 hour wait despite my appointment, and spent another 2 hours in the photo room without AC trying to get my new born to participate in pictures in the heat and with no help or interest from the staff. The pictures I ended up with were mediocre and not worth the time or money. Lee's on the other hand, provided amazing customer service and the gal taking the pics was so energetic and involved with posing my kids and getting them to laugh and smile, we ended up with GREAT pictures in less than 30 minutes, and then I was able to pick the photos up the next day only because we were the last appointment for the night. I will only take photos with Lee's from now on. Family, holiday, you name it, they are the only place we will go. OHHH and I forgot to mention the prices are on point. We spent an arm and a leg at the place in the mall for a limited selection but totally got way more than our money's worth at Lee's.

Always get great pictures fast. It's better than trying to take them yourself. I have used this place for all the grandkids pictures.
