My trailers battery compartment flooded. Water was deep.

Now Tommy's boats. 100% absolute trash. I'm glad they are going out of business and no longer able to sell or repair boats. They had my boat for a total of 8 months and couldn't complete repairs properly. Go to Mellow or find a guy at Home Depot to do the repairs. Far better than these clowns.

This place is straight trash and the people who work there are the lowest scum of earth I've ever met. They're the most arrogant pieces of shit I've ever met. The service team are not true mechanics and only code readers. They can't troubleshoot anything and only fix what the computer tells them to. The owner is a complete asshole and cursed me out when I told him I wouldn't do business there ever again. I bought my boat elsewhere but took it to them to repair. They said the same issue was fixed three times with each time me getting on water and it persisting. The fourth time I went back the owner gave me the phone number to Indmar and said good luck. I questioned why they can't fix a boat that they sell and supposedly service. That's when he went off. Don't give them your money or time.

I am writing this review due to the incredible experience I had with the sales department. I have not used the service department with my new boat so I have no review for that side of the business for this transaction. I came down to Larson in July of 21 to possibly order a new Malibu Wakesetter 25LSV. I knew Lucas previous back from when he worked in the pro shop. Was extremely happy to see Larson promotes within the company. Lucas was extremely helpful and let me basically build my boat right down to the stitching on the seat. He also give me some really good insight on what NOT to do. We ended up placing the order. He kept me up to date throughout the entire process and kept sending me videos, literature etc on the boat which was very helpful. He also never completed about me adding or changing any options. When the boat showed up EARLIER than we expected I was in the middle of purchasing a new home. Lucas and Derek were extremely patient during this process as I couldn't finance the boat until I closed on my house. When it was finally time to finalize the purchase on the boat. Derek dealt with my pain in the ass credit union without any complaints. All the title finance stuff was extremely painless! They were extremely professional throughly the entire process start to finish and never complained. Even though I'm pretty sure I was one of their most high maintenance customers ever. Lol I also want to thank the owner for having such bad ass employees. Thanks again guys. I will be back yo buy all my future boats from Larson. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome experience buying our new Mailbu 24 MXZ with Derek Koehler at the Rancho Cordova store. We came in with our kids just to browse... I had been looking at used ones online and just wanted to see what the new ones cost and get the real life feel of them. We were pleasantly surprised that Larson's prices for a new boat were not outrageous compared to ones that was a few years old. So our browsing session turned into finding our family's boat. Derek was awesome to work with. He probably spent 3 or 4 hours with us. There was no pressure at all. He's a huge boater himself, and knows the Mailbu line inside and out, and has owned or been on all the other boats out there and can speak to their strengths and weaknesses. He had a ton of great information to help us make a decision. I had decided Malibu had the perfect mix of luxury and sport and is consistently rated as the top surf wave year in and year out, so I had already decided on the brand, allowing he and I to talk candidly about what's great and not so great about Nautique, MasterCraft, Centurion, etc... Marco was awesome and helped keep our kids occupied while we talked more of the business related stuff with Derek. He even unpackaged a brand new shrink wrapped boat that he thought we'd like (wasn't going to be opened for a few days) Lucas in the pro shop was super knowledgeable and got us dialed in to surf and wakeboard. Derek met us on the water when the boat was all ready to go and spent over 2 hours with us showing us every aspect of the boat to keep us and the boat safe and having fun. We signed papers on the boat chilling on the lake listening to tunes. I couldn't have imagined a better buying experience. When you're spending that much on a boat you want quality customer service, no pushy salesmen, and no B.S. We experienced none of that at Larson.

I'm a new boater and bought a 2015 Malibu from Larson Marine. I worked with Mike Antone. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a customer for life because of the service and help before and after the sale. I've called dozens of time after I bought the boat to ask question, to get help. Every time I say "man I'm sorry to keep bugging u". Mike is amazing, but so are all the other employees. The accessory department has so much and they are just as friendly. Even talked to someone in service. I couldn't be more happier with the service and Sale. Thanks Mike

The service center here does not pay attention to detail. I brought my boat in for a basic annual service and they managed to mess that up. They for got to check the oil filter before installing causing all the oil to drain from the engine. This error was major considering we tried turning on the boat. When we checked the engine compartment we noticed all the oil at the bottom of the engine. You can see that the oil stick has no oil. Also, when we brought the boat back they did a mediocre job cleaning up the mess leaving oiled hand prints on the upholstery. We tried contacting the owner but no call back. Go buy your boat somewhere else considering you will need to service it here if you buy it here. Not even an apology or credit for their mistake. This experience was not pleasant from the start. They act as if they don't need your business. I never had this problem at their Stockton store. The unfortunate part is that the owner was made aware of this but no response. You decide if this is the service you want after spending big money on your boat.

My uncle took his boat here to get a new top put on. they replaced the fabric top, and did not pin down the frame. When he left, the top blew off on the freeway. They are saying it is his fault for not checking their work. Makes perfect sense to me if I dropped my truck off to be fixed I'd tear that motor apart to make sure the mechanic did his job right. this place will not take action for their own mistakes BEWARE BUYERS!!!
