Lance Johnson Golf Academy

When I decided to play golf my husband said I needed to get professional lessons. I called Lance and set an appointment to get started. Lance is very patient and makes learning enjoyable, he is so knowledgeable and focused on you as a student to learn every aspect of the proper way to golf. One of my bucket list items is to play golf, and I know myself well enough to know that if I were to just go the the driving range and start whacking at golf balls I would become discouraged and just walk away. So, taking lessons was the first step that made sense to me. I had never swung a golf clup before so having an instructor that has a lot of patience is important to me. I've had two lessons with Lance so far, and believe me, he has had plenty of patience with me while remaining supportive of my slow progress. I didn't know it prior to meeting Lance but it is, indeed, the truth when Lance states that he fully subscribes to idea of "helping people learn the best swing they are capable of." As my lessons have progressed Lance shows me the standard stance and mechanics of the golf swing, yet he'll have me make adjustments real-time which often translates into immediate positive results. Though I am taking up golf somewhat late in life I really do want to be good/respectable at it so I can enjoy the game. Looks like Lance's knowledge and instructional ability is just what the doctor ordered for me !!
