First time shooting ever! The staff here were very kind and welcoming. The gun man lee was so helpful he taught us a lot of first time basics. Mr lee made the whole process easy. I recommend checking this range out!

Andrew at this location is by far the most disrespectful person, I bought a gun from here. Upon first arrival here things went well, but as days went on I contacted him the day which was for pick up, he stated it wasn't going to happen, which I understood considering everything going with covid-19. He then contacted me on the 11th which was four days after my receiving day and told me I was late to pick it up and was very rude on the phone and actually hung up on me. I will NEVER be going here again after the horrible experience I had. As a first time gun buyer I do NOT recommended this location at all.

As with my review for the attached shooting range, I am not an expert on firearms. Not in the slightest. So this review is in the eyes of a newbie, not someone who "knows their stuff". That being said, I really enjoy this place.I've been to all the gun shops on Laguna, and so far, this is the first place I've purchased from. The owner is friendly, funny, and HE certainly knows his stuff. He recently helped me (and my husband) choosing a firearm for me to purchase. I was even allowed to shoot it in their range while I awaited the DOJ clearance, so you better know that once we were done signing the proper paperwork, we took that bad girl to the range (yes My gun is a girl).As I've said, I'm not expert, but shopping here might make me one someday.

Warm welcome at the range counter and helpful tips from Dave, the gunsmith who happened to be range master. Andrew is the owner of the range and the store: his ammo selection online is huge and includes the very latest rounds like 224 valkyrie. Once the store closes you can still buy the standard calibers at the range counter. They sell brass for reloading and soon possibly lead as well. 100% positive experience and the atmosphere is like family. Left with some tips about good food in the area and came back the next day with more questions for Dave which he patiently and competently answered. I found a new favorite place for shopping and having my guns tweaked!

I stopped in after reading some good reviews and was happy I did. I was in the market for my first hand gun and needed some guidance. Everyone was friendly and immediately put me at ease. They explained the best choices for my situation and suggested I try out the their shooting to better make a decision. With some instruction I was able to shoot the gun best suited for me. It really helped me understand and I had a great experience. I ended up buying a hand gun and they walked me through the process. They absolutely know what they are talking about and genuinely want to help you with your questions. I can't recommend them enough.

Service was professional and trainer really did a great job for a first timer. They can rent you what you need. But I'd definitely use the trainer.

I decided to try this gun range, I usually use the range closer to home, but I decided to give a try. The range fee is more than I usually pay. The facility is small, maybe six lanes. No worries. I noticed the range was running box fans. The outside temperature was upper 70's and 20 minutes later was sweaty. I ended my range shooting, and I won't return.

Called to compare prices for a gun I was interested in. Mike answered and asked which stores I was comparing between...(I gave him some random gun stores name) as why does the store name matter when I'm calling to ask about a specific gun? Mike then tells me he can't help me as the gun store is closed and has been closed for 6 months and that he cannot help me to see if I'm "getting played" because he does not want to compare between the store name I gave him. LOL. Mike great job patronizing me. You could have told me you couldn't help me from the beginning rather than asking what kind of gun I was looking at and what store. Lol. Crazy people here! Don't know how they stay in business.

took months to get my Glock 17, after a month i finally get a chance to do the background check then after the ten day wait i called mon-friday for 2 weeks straight. Owner wouldnt get back to me and then had to restart and wait another 10 days

Steer clear of this place. The owner was "Too busy" to talk to a customer who's intentions was to come in to buy a gun from him. The kid on the phone knew nothing about guns nor gun laws.Since when was customer service not important? There are so many more great gun stores with excellent customer service you can go to. Do not shop here... It's inexperience staff and uncaring owner is simply not worth your time nor money.
