Stopped here on the way to yosemite. The Amristsari kulche and chole was too good. I never find that kulche in bay area. Afgani chicken and Nan was very flavorful. I will stop there again while passing Modesto.

I'm always on the lookout for something new, and this food truck caught my interest--authentic Punjabi flavors? Count me in! However, what sounded great on paper didn't quite translate in reality.We placed an order over the phone and saw that the truck was listed as being in Manteca, about a 25-minute drive from us. But when we arrived at the given address, the truck was nowhere to be found. A quick call revealed that they had actually moved to Modesto nearly three months ago--something that was not updated on Yelp. So, after an unexpected road trip across the Central Valley, we finally got our takeout.We ordered chole bhature and aloo tikki chaat. While the chole bhature had good flavor, the aloo tikki chaat was a huge letdown--it tasted like it was made with packaged hash browns rather than fresh aloo tikkis. On the bright side, the staff was kind, and the person at the counter generously offered a free mango lassi, which was much appreciated.I really wanted to love this place--the idea of Punjabi street food is exciting--but after this experience, I'm not sure if I'd make the trip again.

Went here on my lunch break and I'm so happy I did!! The lamb biryani was spectacular! I loved the freshness and it really helped me get through my day!! the people who were working were so kind as well!! they gave me a free soda I was so thankful as I was feeling a little under the weather it smells sooooo good outside the food truck as well and there's a seating area if you want to eat there! Will definitely visit again :) thank you guys so much!!

Great food! I saw this new place at 2201 McHenry Avenue in Modesto, CA recommended on a friend's facebook page and I tried it out. I had the Aachari Chicken Wings with a side order of Aloo Tikki. I asked for mild wings. They were not "hot", yet the flavor was very strong. [Garlic, ginger, fenugreek, etc.] The mild flavor of the potato cakes with "cooling" yogurt sauce was a perfect complement to the exotic spices of the chicken. ! Su'ādī! Delicious!

Food was delicious!!!! Today my husband and I went here for lunch, we ordered a few things off of their menu so we can try them and see how they are. We got, cholay patoray, gol gappay, aloo tikki, samosas, mint lasi and lemon soda. Everything was really good and we cannot wait to go back and try more things off of their menu. The uncle at the window who helped us was super friendly. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for good flavorful Indian food/snacks.

First time trying this food truck and it was amazing. The food is freshly made and very authentic. They even have a sitting area with shade to sit and eat. Will definitely be coming back here

Just ordered for the first time from DoorDash and I was so surprised to see their large variety menu, literally everything I look for when I'm ordering Indian food so excited to receive my food!

BEST HIDDEN GEM FOR INDIAN FOOD IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY! We found this place driving down McHenry Avenue and the food did not disappoint! Service was exceptional, ambiance is super chill and relaxed, and they even have a shady tent with seating to cool off in the summer heat! THEY ARE LOCATED AT 2201 MCHENRY AVENUE NOW.
