Enjoyed the crepa and ice cream! Everything looked clean and fresh. I will definitely stop by again. Prices are reasonable. Recommend for sure.

It was my first time on Saturday. I decided to bring my grandchildren. At first, it was nice and clean. I liked the toppings they have on the side to serve yourself no extra charge (sprinkles, mini m&m's, Valentina salsa, fresh lime, etc.) But the reason I'm giving 2 stars is because there was a young girl that came in for her shift at around 3pm and was completely rude and you can tell she was not happy to be there. Also, she kept eating the ice cream with the little spoons right behind the counter and to me, that's totally unprofessional. I'm sure the employees get free ice cream and that should be on your time on breaks not on the clock when customers are coming in. And her hair was pretty long to just be in a pony tale and falling down her shoulder while scooping ice cream.

My favorite item is the mango smoothies!! Simple, good and fresh! And the tortas are the best hands down. Lots of great items on the menu will have you coming back for more. Everything is home made!!! Support this local business that will make you crave a little taste of Mexico

The chips for nachos are stale and the cheese is bland. The jalapeños didn't taste fresh either. Even though they close at 9 they stop serving a lot of their menu items an hour before (Never heard of this in any other business). Their customer service lacks, it seems like most dislike their job. The aguas frescas are good but not great. Overall, I will avoid this place. It doesn't deserve my hard earned money.

So unprofessional they have girls working in this location extremely RUDE with attitude, if they are not happy with what they do they should definitely find something better. And they stay talking to guys that are just there flirting back and forth with them while some people wait for their services, or like me when I'm in a hurry and I only have a 30 minute lunch and don't have time to be waiting for a employee that's not busy. Also when you are at the location you feel uncomfortable, reason why because you have some nasty guys just looking at you up and Down. From the moment you walk in till you walk out this Is ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving them a start is because I love what they sale but there service is unprofessional.

I love the delicious ice creams and paletas, every time I go I get great service and always very clean!

Avoid coming here ! I walked in and wasn't even greeted by the girls. I smiled at them and one of them mugged me. If they dislike their jobs so much they should get a new one. My bionico was okay it lacked banana and papaya but there was ALOT of slices of apples. You're better off going to mango crazy.

Don't waste your time unless you like getting mugged as you walk in the door and seeing the employees with their cara larga during your whole visit. The whole vibe here is just a no for me. All of the girls here are rude and seems like they get mad when someone walks in the door.

Try the gansito ice cream. It's a bit like a strawberry shortcake but fluffy and cold. We were generously offered samples of every ice cream we had a question about. For a meal fit for royalty get a couple asada tacos from El Rey Del Taco truck down the street and finish with a gansito ice cream from La Reina Michoacana.

This place has horrible customer service, every time I go there they always are out of stuff and the lady working always says " what do you want" instead of being more professional and saying " what may I get you" very rude will not be going to this location anymore.
