Overall not well kept. Possible Blood stains on the walls and ceiling. Cockroach in the tub. Mystery hairs in the sheets. Worn out furniture. Mold in the shower. Wont be staying here again.

Brown hairs were in the tub and on the bathroom floor.Bed spread appeared stained. My dog found bits of trash at the foot of the bed in the floor.Loud, thumping bass, shaking the walls and ceiling for a couple of hours.I sleep with white noise on, and the bass reverberated over the white noise and seemed to shake the room and bed.I got very little sleep.The plus is there is more green grass outside this hotel to use to walk a dog, in contrast to the other La Quinta up the freeway at Pleasanton. Bed was comfortable. Travel was extra exhausting the next day, due to the lack of sleep and the horrible noise.

booked for 4 days.... on 3rd day told receptionist that i need my room cleaned, the front desk just kept on looking at her cellphone instead of acknowledging my request to assure me that it will be done. this is the same girl i spoke on my 2nd day of stay saying same request. why did management hire dumb people ??

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews because every time I've stayed here, it wasn't bad at all. Check-in was easy as a text is sent out by the hotel for you to check-in the day before which streamlines it so that when you show up, you're given your key almost immediately since your room is probably ready. I showed up 2 hours early and was still able to check into our room with no issues. On our day to check-out, we wanted to stay a bit longer and was able to do so going through the link texted to me and we were able to get a later check-out at 3 pm (note that there is a charge for late or later check-outs but to us, they're pretty reasonable). This time that we stayed here, we got room 103 and the it was right next to the dining area so around 5:30 am, we could hear all the banging of the kitchen. Besides that, it was a relatively quiet stay, so if you don't want to be awakened that early in the morning, I suggest avoiding this room. The only issue we had was housekeeping staff kept knocking on our door every morning around 11 to see if we needed anything even though we had the "do not disturb" sign up. Plenty of parking and there's a 76-gas station/7-11 store right next door that makes it convenient to walk to if you forgot anything or wanted a late night snack. I have stayed here probably upwards of 10 times now and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I had to come to town to take care of some personal business, and I found this place for $83 total after the military discount. Very reasonable. A nice hotel in a good location. The front desk clerk was friendly, and the lobby area was spotless. The pool/jacuzzi and the fitness center were closed due to Covid, but I don't know if the pool would even be open this time of year, anyway. They have a selection of frozen food such as lean cuisine, frozen pizza, frozen entrees, and drinks for sale. Coffee and tea are available for free. The room was good. Spotless room and bathroom, plenty of hot water, Good sized TV with plenty of channels, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker are also available. They have a desk area if you need to work on your laptop computer or something like that. The internet is fast enough to stream video. The bed was a bit firm for my personal taste but I still got a good night's sleep. The one thing that I was disappointed at, was while they said they offered a free breakfast on their webpage, they had absolutely nothing. I can understand the normal breakfast bar being closed because of covid. However, they could at least do something. Offer a carton of yogurt and some fruit. How about an individual cold cereal with a individual carton of milk? Nothing. In all that food they had for sale, they didn't even have anything breakfast wise for sale. Other than that, it was a good night. I would stay here again. Thanks.

Always a great place to stay. The air conditioning on 116° day in my room was 66°. couldn't ask for it to be any cooler. The staff are extremely nice and since the place has been renovated I enjoy it even more. Prices are reasonable and I like that it's at the end before the Altamont pass so they're way off the major part of the power grid and you know they're never going to have any problems. Super clean establishment and a wonderful staff. Couldn't ask for anything else.

Poorly managed hotel that won't honor reservations!I booked the nicest room offered on the types offered through the platform and even paid upfront. This was a special occasion - as I regularly travel for work and don't get to treat my fiance to things like Livermore wine country enough. So we planned to stay in their King Deluxe Suite with an In-Room Jacuzzi the night after wine tasting on Thanksgiving Weekend. Yet when I arrived for check-in 4 hours later at 8 PM, they told me they had sold out of the room type I paid for and bumped me into a subpar room without admitting this before I noticed the switch. They never even offered reimbursement. So as a Hotels.com platinum member, I had to escalate my concern. 3-hours later, I was finally relocated to a nearby BnB on the platform.Needless to say a hotel with just 80 rooms and what seemed to be only 15% occupancy based on the cars parked in front when I arrived for check-in, is a poorly managed hotel. I should have known better, as I always have these kinds of issues at Wyndham properties. After 4-days of back and forth with Expedia, the hotel claims the room with jacuzzi is their EXECUTIVE room - which contradicts the images this property owner submitted to Hotels.com (picture attached) then refused to refund the booking.Thankfully, I was able to chargeback and recover my funds based on the evidence presented to Expedia.

Worst place. Smells of weed everywhere up stairs even though they say they are non smoking. They never sent me a receipt though I needed it for work. Reviews are bad but I had a one day work visit and it was in close proximity so I stayed there. I called the girl again and she said the email will arrive in ten minutes (I thought this was 2024!) and I waited and waited but nothing. I called back and she kept putting me on hold, finally looks like she had my email down wrong! We corrected it and I wanted to wait on phone for receipt as i had to submit today. Of course it never came! I wanted to talk to her supervisor and she asked me to wait and never came back. I had to keep calling while she figured out how to send an email as she probably has never sent one out before in her life! I wasted like 30 plus minutes just for a simple receipt that they said they would send me the next day! And as for this girl, what kind of people are they hiring!?? DO NOT stay here!
