La Quinta by Wyndham Manteca - Ripon

Let me start off by a warning. It's the practice of this location to announce your room number out loud. I asked two different front desk clerks on different days. It's not like other locations that they only circle your room number on the paper or tell you it's on the card. This threw me off when I checked in. I've been to other locations, but this is the only location that does this.Other than that, my stay was good. Parking is free, and there are spaces around the hotel. As long as you have your room ley, you can enter any door to access the hotel, especially after curfew hours (9pm).Breakfast is included, and they keep it pretty clean. The only complaint I have about this is the juice machine for the apple and orange juice. It wasn't cold and tasted like it's been sitting in warm temp, so it tasted like it was starting to ferment.By the elevator, before you turn to it, the fitness center is there. Multiple guests used it, but space is limited, so I didn't use it. They have a water refill station and guest laundry (self-service), just almost adjacent to the elevator.They have a mini business center just by the front desk when you enter the lobby.You need to ask for housekeeping if you need one. My room was clean, so I only needed to ask for refresh once during my stay. There a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also coffee maker.This location is convenient, it's in the middle of 2 fwy going north and south. There's a gas station literally outside the hotel and food establishments. Location was really a plus.

Check in today and honestly thought it was cute when I walked in, the set up was definitely different. but the shower was off. I didn't feel comfortable on how it shoots in the shower, plus I can tell that they don't have filter on the water I really needed to wash my hair it was rusted all over shower head from mineral water the floor I couldn't even dry my feet. ‍ it got all over the place.Another thing is no ventilation by the Jakuzi. I don't think I would like to spend the night here, plus they charge $500 for 3 NightsIt's not worth it.

If I could rate this place a zero I would they made a huge mistake with our room .. I drove 5 hrs with my wife and kids to a family party got this hotel I left at 5pm & come back at 1am .with my wife drink and 2 small kids . Only to have my doors locked . Because they made a error I had 2 kids sleeping outside the door hall way and drunk wife while they fix their error .This could have literally waited till 9am or in the morning to fix this error .

The price is low but you get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable and I like the nice firm pillows. A/C keeps the room cool even in the central valley summer. But there were rust stains in toilet and shower, and the room was just old. The TVs have a bare bones directv package so don't expect to see any MLB games or much of anything else. You won't mistake this hotel for a Four Seasons, and the clientele is not upscale. There is quite a bit of traffic noise from cars visiting fast food etc. nearby, but the noise is mostly gone after 10pm and we got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was better than many full service properties with hard boiled eggs, omelets, cereal, juice, coffee, breads, etc. There is no mask enforcement and we smelled pot smoke wafting into our room from the hallway, which unfortunately is endemic to all California hotels now. 2* seems right - a bit below comparable chain properties.

Super clean and very comfortable. My first thoughts are that the property is well surrounded by other business with close freeway access. Gas station right next door. The property has a fence around it to keep out unwanted people. Very clean rooms. The staff was friendly and nice. Payment went well with no hiccups, reservation was booked ahead of time. Highly recommend to stay here if you're in the area. It seems close to traffic but it's very quite.

Sad to say after a 10 hour drive We cancelled our stay . Their was roaches in the room . And seemed dirty , trash in the AC vents ripped up carpet . And Customer Service wasn't great either they could of been a bit more apologetic.

Yes. Very clean. Very quiet. Sauna/fitness room is nice. Has hot tub but pool was too cold as in March. Friendly staff nice breakfast. Beds are very comfortable I'm normally a critic. I have zero complaints. Not to mention. It's the cheapest room in the area. I'm impressed.

The lady (Eugena) working the front desk started off our stay so positively, it was bound to be great.Suite with Jacuzzi was sparkling clean.We enjoyed Eugena so thoroughly, that we ordered here a steak dinner when we went out.The entire stay was Awsome and we will be back.Yea for being pet friendlyThank you Josh/Cindi HellerArnold, Califonia

This place was great, from the moment we walked in front desk was super friendly. The place is spotless inside and out. The pool and jacuzzi were great and also the sauna and steam room. Breakfast was your usual quick breakfast and they had a little bit of everything. You do hear some cars its usually only the loud obnoxious ones that sound like Harley's but once we were asleep we did not hear a thing.
