La Michoacana Frescaleta

We happened to walk by this spot and were curious of what items they had. I was surprised to find this hidden gem here. There's limited street parking but I'm sure you can find a spot around here. They offer several Mexican treats from street corn, snow cones, house made cream, tostilocos with spicy tamarind candy, chamoy, and nuts just to make a few. I decided to try their mangonada with the mango ice cream $8. She said you can have it as a snow cone too. The one I had, had chunks of mango, spicy Lucas, a tamarind candy stick, and chamoy drizzle. They have a little stand where you can add more of the sauce if you'd like! They have plenty of seating and even a cute backdrop to take a photo! The young lady was so nice and welcoming. She mentioned they've been open for about 7 months now. You guys should check them out. It makes for a perfect way to treat yourself to something new!

First time here. I was craving a fruit cup but didn't know what would be open a little later on this Sunday evening. The ambience was aesthetically pleasing. The business is family owned and very clean. I saw the owners washing their hands and offering samples to my son and I. My son loved his banana sample so much he wanted me to get him a cup. He ate it all before I could get a picture. The fruit was perfect regarding to ripeness/freshness and I asked for extra chamoy and my request was happily taken. I was pleased with the service, location, ambience and most importantly the amazing snacks

My experience at la michoacana frescaleta was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff is very nice. the owners aes very friendly and their ice creams are always great. 10/10 customers service.highly recommended
