This place is cool and has a lot of RVs. However, the service here is really bad. Had an appointment and arrived an hour early to wait in line the Service post looked at me and chatted away with the rep in total. I waited 45 minutes just before she was able to talk to me. The problem was that she should've checked in and then chatted away. However, that was not the case. The staff member took a very long time and checking me in only took four minutes. I did not appreciate the staff here. The customers time checking in someone should not take 30 minutes. Yes, I am very upset. I do not recommend coming to this place at all. In fact, I would rather drive over an hour to another service location instead of coming here because it's horrible; however, the closest place is 3 hours away for warranty. TL/DRAVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY SUCK FROM THE WORD GO!! DO NOT USE LA MESA FOR A PURCHASE OR SERVICE!!!I'm usually one to be quick to bring a review up and slow to bring it down. This one has fallen fast and hard. We paid up for a nice Entegra 24L class C on a Mercedes chassis. In short Mercedes did their this right and Entegra and La Mesa have done one thing wrong after another. Too many items are a complete failure to even enumerate them in detail. DO NOT USE LA MESA FOR SALES OR SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT COMPLETELY. We have canceled more trips than we've made since February when we took ownership of the new coach. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and the buck gets passed, shoulders get shrugged and calls are very rarely returned even when we reach out 2-3 times a week. It's been there for 2 full months this time and I have no clue when it will return. This place is a joke. We had a helpful service advisor who is now gone. He was hamstrung by the inept service department management. It has never worked properly and we have never been offered any recourse. It's been one shot show after another dating back to February. The gloves come off this week. Dealing with this ineptitude and unresponsive company is absolutely the most frustrating work experience of a lifetime.

We bought our RV from them right before the Covid shut downs. They have an amazing indoor show room. The sales people do not hover over you but are very helpful when needed. We went to MANY MANY other places and it felt like a complete rip off and just complete game playing. From the very beginning until the very end the sales was great! They would get 5 stars however the repair place is non-responsive you have to hound them to respond they literally take weeks to months. They are also only open Monday through Friday regular business hours which I do not find very customer service friendly.

The mechanics knowWhat they are doing but you must have patience. Making an appointment takes many months and getting the issue fixed takes even longer. They are the only game in town. I will be taking my Rv there because they are experts.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!! These people don't deserve your support. After waiting for 3 months for an appointment to get warranty work done on a new motot home, they then left it sit on their lot for another 3 1/2 months, all the while telling me that they were working on it. The first 2 times that they said it was ready for pick up, it wasn't. The third time I found out after I brought it home that it wasn't finished. 6 plus months and 500 miles driving back and forth for a 4 hour job that wasn't even finished! Now I am stuck with trying to complete the work. LaMesa doesn't deserve to be in business with this kind of customer service. They only want the sale, and then the truth comes out.

After waiting a month for a scheduled appointment I brought in the 3 month old Thor (bought at La Mesa) for warranty work on 12/19/24. I was told the Service Manager would call me the next day. I never received a call or email or text from the Service Manager. I called her on 12/30/24. She returned my call and email later that day and explained that they 'hadn't even started working on it' and that they always tell their customers it will be 3 weeks minimum. They of course did not mention that. Also, Why would any business schedule appointments and then not work on the coarch? Reputable businesses don't do that. She then rattled off every excuse imaginable for why there was a) no communication and b) why the RV hasn't even been looked at yet. I wish I had read the many, many bad reviews on this service department before I bought the coach. Had I known the Service Dept. was so awful, I wouldn't have bought from La Mesa. An RV sale is 2-prong, Sales (great job!) and Service (Poor, poor, poor experience so far)

La Mesa RV on Chiles Road in Davis, CA, completed all of our warranty work on our Thor Four WInds 25V motorhome and they did a great job. Courtney Engles was our service advisor. We highly recommend her to manage your work order. We purchased the motorhome from a dealer located 2-1/2 hours from us and were grateful La Mesa agreed to do the warranty work (other Thor authorized warranty service providers near us declined since we didn't buy the RV from them). It was several weeks before an appointment was available. We had a list of 3 critical issues for repair (heater did not work, refrigerator door handle cracked, USB charging centers did not work reliably) and about 20 small or cosmetic items. We delivered the motorhome for the appointment and Courtney handled everything from there. She kept us informed about her communications with Thor and all work was covered. I think she kept the techs on track as well. The techs did all the work well. We were very happy with the work done and it was delivered on time, as promised. On our first camping trip after picking up the RV from La Mesa, the slide out would not open. We can still get around in the rig with our floorplan so it was disappointing but not serious. Courtney got us in right away, reserved a slide out motor for us, and the techs fixed the problem while we waited, in just a few hours. Thor covered it all. We were back home before 1:00 p.m. Excellent customer relations and service. Because of Courtney and the tech/repair staff, we will return to La Mesa and plan to work with Courtney for future needs. Easy drive from Concord, easy access to a very large lot, drive through breezeway to deliver rig, and inside service are to talk with advisors. Just need to think ahead for service appointments. Well done, Courtney!! You were a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!
