La Hacienda Taqueria

This taqueria is the one near the Savemart!I usually rotate between the classic Carne Asada burrito, the Shrimp Burrito, and the Carne Asada Taco Salad. All have a good flavor and texture. I recommend also getting a side of the chips and salsa.The new/not-so-new policy is that if you call ahead, and your order is over $50, then you have to pay over the phone instead of paying at-location. If you want to avoid that, then I suggest ordering online.

Came for takeout, did a phone order. Not all of them know how to speak or understand English so be patient if you don't know how to speak Spanish. Order didn't take long for pick up. Mine was 15mins.They don't have any website so I posted the current menu as of January 2025.Dine in area is small and not many stay to eat, usually take out.They didn't say the amount over the phone but for 3 items that I had ordered was about $45The steak fries...carne asada fries were delicious, I did Monterey cheese instead of nacho cheese.Chimichanga was only ok, won't order that again. Pretty much filled with rice and beans.Their parking available is the plaza it is in. I like when they have handicap parking in front instead of off to the sides.There is a $1 fee for using a credit card FYII know I've already given a review and don't understand why all the pictures I post from past time is being added to this new review.

I was Rolling Thru Lathrop .When I got Hungry so I. Stopped at La Hacienda!!!I parked right out front and rolled in-I was Greeted and Seated and Presented a Menu .La Hacienda. Is. a Family Owned Restaurant!!!!I was in the Mood for a. Super Burrito so I Ordered a Hacienda Burrito in Carne Asada!I was brought Complimentary Chips and Salsa!!! While I was Waiting !!!My Hacienda Burrito was brought to my Table 15 minutes later!!!It was a Good Sized Burrito and it was Delicious !!! It was Packed full of Flavor!!!I ate my Burrito and was Presented with the Bill!!!I payed by Credit Card and Rolled out !!!La Hacienda is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!!!Service is Friendly and Efficient! This is the one spot for tacos to me, worth the higher prices for the quality (especially when you're in the area). Weekends (or at least Saturdays are Cash/Venmo) - easy enough nowadays. Generally we would call an order in and if the order is big enough, you'd pay over the phone (ours once was about $75 for that). Service is pretty quick and to the point. The place is decently clean and for parking, plentiful as it is in a shared lot. My go to here is the tacos Hacienda style - meat, cheese, guacamole and green salsa. It's simple, stuffed and a deliciously generous (with meats). I love getting the lengua here as it has been very tender every single time. The asada and carnitas are others we love, super flavorful. As for the pozole here... it's such a heart warming dish. It's the one soup I ask my bf to pick up each time I'm not feeling well or just want a soup. All the garnishes and such are packaged on the side nicely when taken to go, it's much appreciated. Final Thoughts: I'll be back here again and again for all my taco/burrito and poloze wants. Definitely will be a place I'd bring family and friends to when in the area as well.

Cheeto burrito is the asada is soo good a flavor like no where else !! I have been eating here like at least 2 years now always soo good never disappoints

We have ordered catering from here a few times and also DoorDash for dinner. The tacos here are amazing. I highly recommend the Carne Asada and chicken tacos. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their food tastes amazing completely authentic. Highly recommend..

What a hidden gem! We previously stumbled upon this place while picking up a cake nearby. The taqueria is nestled between a cigarette store and a metro store. We love their Al pastor, quesadillas and especially the surf and turf burrito with grilled shrimp. The beans and rice remind me of my mom's recipes- a compliment I rarely give out. They also make delicious salsas to add to your dishes. The portions are filling and the prices are fair. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area or passing through.

The food here is always very good and tasty. Sometimes I am missing things out of my order otherwise I would give five stars.

Food was horrible. Beans & rice were cold. Flautas, which are my favorite where was the chicken? It was mushy, dry, no sauce!! The only thing I liked was the salad. The containers they were out in were extremely greasy!! You could see it all on the bottom and sides. Would not recommend.I have had flautas many times. These do not compare. Very dissapointed. Was hoping for a good Mexican restaurant near us!
