La Bamba Mexican Food

Service and location are good. The truck looks clean and maintained. There wasn't much of a wait and they do phone orders. I ordered the surf and turf supper burrito. I was not impressed with the rolling of the tortilla. I had to re-roll it to make it work. The burrito was hot and I could taste the salsa, but not the meat or shrimp. There was definitely shrimp, just not a lot of flavor overall. Not saying don't go here, it's a safe bet for good service and hot food. Just didn't do it for me- Plain jane food.

OHHHH WOWWWW! I had their SURF & TURF QUESADILLA for the 1st time today. It was to-die-for! #excellent You MUST try one. The shrimp is plump, succulent, tasty, fresh, & cooked perfectly. The carne asada is very tasty. They do not skimp on how much of both that they load the nice flour tortilla with. I put the green hot sauce on each bite, & also some sour cream from my refrigerator. Yum yum yummmmm! A nice meal.

We love La Bamba! Been coming here since I was a kid. They have such great food. Tonight we got 2 tacos & a burrito supreme to share. It was more than enough for the both of us.

Best taco truck in town. The only spot that makes the best pastor! The food is authentic and delicious.

A go-to when I'm craving tacos. I like the pastor here and my lady likes the Asada. Their tacos have a unique flavor and are always moist and fresh and the owner is friendly and serves them up fast. Yesterday I ordered from a different truck by accident but still decided to pick up additional tacos from la bamba to do a side-by-side comparison. Started with bamba's pastor and oh yeah it hit the spot. Next took a bite from the competitor bamba blew it out of the water. Ran it back with an Asada side by side next, same result. Thankful to have la bamba as an option for tacos here in Lodi. One day I'll try some of their other offerings.

I've reviewed years ago and it's still the best taco truck in Lodi and we're taco truck plentiful so yes you won't be disappointed going here

Always one of our go to favorites for Mexican food. Love the wet burrito and everything else, but my fave is the wet burrito

I would've taken a pic of the tacos too but they didn't even make it back to the car because I devoured them. This is by far, hands down the best taco truck I've ever had. This is top 2 and it's not #2. The meat is savory and not salty. I love my food spicy so the red salsa was a perfect addition. This place is so good that this is my second day in a row eating it. Mind you, I live in Antioch and ventured all the way here to have their food. Customer service is on point too.

Lodi has an abundance of food trucks and the ones I have tried have all been very good. La Bamba stands out with noticeably fresh foods, delicate flavors and unique presentations. Love it! This wAs my second visit and I'll be back!
