Great knowledge and service. Made a Michigan transplant feel welcome and helped me navigate the California nonsense surrounding firearms purchases.

My wife and I recently took a pistol training course with James Wong. James had sent us training material and we reviewed it during the class. He tailored the lesson to both my and my wife's particular skill set and comfortability.At no time did either one of us feel rushed or pressured, during his instruction he shared "the how's and whys' and the practical application. From the begining of the lesson to the end, we could see the difference in both our shooting and comfortability. We will be setting up future lessons with James and visiting KW more often. What we learned in this first lesson and how we felt after, is why we will continue to visit KW and schedule additional lessons with James.

First timer at this location. We visited here with our kids for some pre-Christmas fun. Their internet was giving them troubles, but they were patient and got us our 3 lanes. The store was decorated beautifully in different tones of wood, and they have thee cutest pup in their shop. In the back where the range is located, the bathroom was clean, the ears were thick and worked well. And the lanes were clean and looked new. We usually travel out of town for this, but we will be back here again!

This review is long overdue! KW Defense is a real blessing to our city. I love the range and the staff are really helpful. Today I worked with Ting who gave me some pointers that really helped me get back on target (pun intended...haha). The staff in the store are always helpful and ready to answer any questions. I've had nothing but great experiences at both the store and the range. I signed up for the membership so that I could practice. I love the convenience of opening the app on my phone and reserving a lane. I look forward to chatting with Patricia; she's good at reminding me when Ladies' night is or other sales or special events are coming up. I also love to support local, but also a veteran owned business. Thank you KW!

One of the best indoor ranges in Northern California, if not the best. A great opportunity to get some good training in which can't be done at a majority of ranges I've been to in California. State of the art shooting lanes. Friendly staff at the range, accommodating as well. Quick glance at the store, they have it all. Definitely will be back if I'm in the area.

I don't hardly go shooting ever. This was only my second time at a range, so I'm of course a little nervous. But the person up front was nice and helpful. The set up process was easy. Despite there being mostly men, the bathrooms were clean. Nice place for avid shooters, but also great for people who don't go often.

Clean and safe gun range with great and friendly service. The range fees are also decently priced. I couldn't ask for more!

I went in there a couple of weeks ago for a firearms transfer. I stood there for a about 3 awkward minutes while the person behind the counter stared me down. When I said "excuse me" I was barely acknolwedged. I asked if I could do a transfer and they told me only on Saturdays (wtf). I left that place feeling like I was not welcomed at all, which is a bummer because I am looking for a new range membership but if the range has the same attitude as the retail side, then I will continue driving to Modesto or Sacramento.

I've been coming here almost weekly to practice my shooting. They offer a clean and safe venue, while having a great and friendly staff!
