BLUE ICE WALKER

it was all fun and happiness until this nightmare that could have been prevented if it were not for ignorant blind employess. first off 2 many people at one time, 2'nd is the blue ice walkers for inexperianced skaters is a joke and a lawsuit waiting to happen. my family and i got into it with some ignorant young chinese girls who accuesed my family and i of stealing their blue ice walker. the skating ring may have 30 of these yet the employees instead of 1 through 30, they split 30 in half 1 through 15 twice. so now you have two of the same numbers on the floor. we turned around for 3 minutes and our #5 walker disapeared. mind you its $15.65 to rent them. so here comes a teenage girl with a #5 walker and you can guess what happens, we ask for it back. its a confrontation from there, we took it back regardless. my wife told me after we left that an employee confronted her about "stealing a walker". these stupid ignorant maybe predjudice chinese girls told the employees that we stole it from them when i clearly after figuring out what was going on and appologizing for the skating ring mistakes that there were double numbers on the floor. who ever is in charge there needs to be fired for not recognizing this easy fix and for the employee not gathering both parties side of the story and actually figuring it out needs to be fired as well.we will not be going back until they fix this issue. so, if you rent a walker for your child, hang on to it becuase it will get snatched.to add more to this ugly experiance, after all that while my and i were standing next to our blue ice walker, some lady ruedly put her hands on it then had the nerve to ask are we using it! really, lady go rent your own!

This place is not a "ice rink" it is a melting ice water disaster for falling and getting hurt. The skating on water and not ice. The ice melts and it becomes dangerous for falling and getting hurt. Many children were falling on the melted ice and clothing was getting soaked. Very chaotic situation, and a waste of time and money. Best to go to Dublin ice rink, Nazareth ice rink in San Mateo, Yerba Buena rink in San Francisco.

We have gone the last two years but really enjoying all the fun activities this year. We have paid for two themed nights and enjoyed the Elsa one very much! Today we had the chance to have a skate clinic with Kristi! Quality of the ice is good and there's plenty of places to go eat or get a coffee after skating!

Our family of little ones had a blast at this holiday rink! You have to come prepared knowing it's an over crowded space with a majority of the skaters being new to this winter activity! So be patient, have an open mind, enjoy the music or just sit it out if you can't handle chaos! There is a bar if you need a little bit of liquid courage or calming grown up juice! Some tips:1. Reserve your tickets ahead of time.2. Come 30 minutes early to get in line, especially if you would like the skater helpers. There is limited quantity.3. Don't bring a lot of gear, there aren't any cubbies or lockers to put your stuff while you skate. We had a blast, the kids started off shaky and wanting to leave. An hour later became little speed racers!

185+ people (plus countless bulky skate aids) on a tiny rink of melting ice. It was overpriced, dangerous, and complete chaos. We lasted 20 minutes.

I would give this rink a 6/5 if I could. Incredibly nice staff who gave my friend and I free tickets when we were unable to navigate the ticket buying process. The entirety of the staff was very kind, and worked hard to make the experience wonderful. The young man on this ice was quite the skater. I cannot overstate how good the staff was. They were IDEAL, and if every business had a staff half this good the world would be an amazing place.
