I spoke with Laura , who was very cordial, professional, yet responsive to my needs, and very respectful of my time. Speaking of time...Laura was prepared to do the install, the very same day I called! Talk about response time! They provide a mobile service, as well, as in shop service..which by the way..their staff is very highly trained, and very respectful, of your property, and very courteous. When he left, I couldn't tell he had been there, except for a beautiful, new windshield! My vehicle is a Classic 1965 Chevy El Camino...no problem for them! They did such an Amazing job on my classic Chevy, I'm having them install a new windshield in my Rolls Royce Silver Seraph! Im 73 years young...haven't seen service like this for a very long time! It was very clear, Laura was interested in earning my business, and referrals, and a permanent customer...Mission accomplished! They said they could fix a chip in the windshield, we said, yes, they fixed it. Funny enough, a few days later our windshield has a huge crack down the middle. They came out and checked it out - and of course it's not their fault - even though the crack is connected to the line and no one has touched it besides them. Should have left the chip in the windshield.The only thing we would have gotten if we had fought it is the money back for the repair, so just be prepared to have to replace your entire windshield and always read the fine print.

5 star service as always. Rico helped me out with my huge Crack and KAPOW he made that look like it almost wasn't there with the slight blemish but the sure factor that it won't get any bigger. I appreciate the knowledge and KAPOWER Knockout glass repair gave me.

I finally had the opportunity to get my windshield repaired after several trips and missing the staff. The guy was nice, gave me all the info I needed, I paid the $80 for the repair and left. It was combined with an oil change so I didn't get to speak with him after but assumed everything went fine. Well the next day, the crack bled some more. I contacted knockout glass (Joseph) and got no answer. I left a message with my issue and asked for a return call. Fast forward 3 days still no call back. I look up the main number, and call. Another voice mail - no answer. I am disappointed. Customer service was great the day of my service but non existent after.

Don and Joseph were lightening fast handling my windshield repair. I got the chip at 430pm and it was fixed by 5:56pm. 60$ for a dime size repair. Friendly guys too. They work out of the fairway car wash in Roseville, ca but they are mobile and drove out to my home in Lincoln

We had our GMC Denali Truck broken into at our local Mall in Brentwood. Side window completely shattered. Just for a Bag they thought was worth money. I left on my passenger seat. It was not worth anything. My window replacement was worth way more than the bag. As the bag was only $20 lol I called several Auto glass companies. This company was obit company wiling to come to our house on a Saturday. Owner was very friendly. She took the time to find our model window. She was able to find us a window in San Francisco. Her Tech Antonio drove all way from to San Francisco to pick up our window. Then drive to install for us in Brentwood. We are so appreciated this company took the time to help us same day service within few hours. Instead of us having No Truck window until Monday. This company went beyond Great service!We are very Thankful they were willing to fix our broken Truck window same day. As we could Not drive it anywhere with a Broken window. We will definitely use this company if needed in future. So so Happy for Great Service same day. For this emergency service needed. We highly recommend calling company for any window repair. My Tesla Model Y got an unfortunate rock chip at the bottom of my windshield. While all other companies rejected to fix my windshield and were quoting me over 1K to replace the glass, Knockout Glass came over the next day and patched it right up for $65. Hardly noticeable and an easy and reasonable fix! If you got rejected or quoted higher from other places, I highly recommend you to call Knockout Glass! So happy of my decision and screw all those other places that told me my rock chip required a new windshield replacement.

I have had 2 of my vehicles repaired by Knock Out Glass and they did an excellent job. Ricky at Classic Car Wash in Napa was very courteous and knowledgable about the process of repairing my windshields. I highly recommend this company for any windshield repairs, or windshield replacement.

My car had a massive chip in the windshield and it spread. I waited too long to get the chip filled in, but Knockout was kind enough to do what they could to slow the spread. I appreciate their efforts in prolonging my windshields life!
