Kmemo Tacobar Catering

Good food decent prices. I always saw this place across from Sprouts it's been here a hot minute. Three dollar tacos in this day is appreciated, plus a ton of authentic meat options. More than that though the taco plate with beans and rice, the sides were actually really good. I might not get that again cuz I could've got four tacos for that twelve dollars instead but it's alright. One table outside to sit at. This place is popular and worth it to me. Their birria was super chewy and they gave a solid amount of everything.

We booked catering for an engagemento party for 50 people. Guillermo is very nice and explains the whole process. The confirmation process is a bit different because it is an "event" instead of an invoice? Let's get to the party day! The lady (sorry, I am terrible with names), I believe her name was Kenya, came on time and began setting up. Once she set everything up, she discovered there was a problem with her grill. She had to get a replacement hose or grill. We tried prying our gas line off our grill, but that did not work. So she had to put the food away and get a replacement. Of course, this changed our dinner time. This is the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Since they are only actively serving for one hour, (I believe it was $120 or so more for an extra hour) this created an issue. We asked everyone to be there by 6pm for dinner. We had a snocone truck booked for after dinner (it was supposed to be 98 degress that evening) who then graciously waited around the corner while we had dinner. Once everything was set up and going, it was fabulous. The meats were delicious, and the condiments fresh and plentiful. There were sides of beans & rice. Everything needed for the tacos was provided, which made it easy for me. The line flowed very quickly, and people went back for seconds & thirds. Until we get the photos back from the photographer, the only picture I had on my phone was that of an empty table :). But Kenya was good about restocking the condiments, we were able to make tacos until she packed up. More photos coming soon.I would have probably offered some sort of discount for the inconvenience if it were my business. To my husband's chagrin, I did not ask for one, because the lady working was hot and working her butt off and was very friendly. And I was fluttering around hosting a party :)...too busy to haggle on the phone.

Went to K'memo last night for a tasting. The owner was so sweet. Made us each a plate of the different tacos he offers, plus beans and rice. The grilled pollo was definitely my favorite! We put down a deposit on the spot, if you haven't had a chance check them out!

Stopped by the truck at the corner of Sutterville and South land park, in the parking lot of the Chevron gas station. I had not noticed it was there until someone online mentioned it. Being so close to my house, I had to check it out. I went on a Sunday around noon and there wasn't anyone around. I ordered 3 regular burritos: carnitas, Al pastor, and asada. They were all delicious and were made very fast. Classic burritos with beans, rice, onions, and cilantro (salsa was on the side). There was plenty of parking. Lady was nice. Had some hand sanitizer there. I will definitely be back to try the tacos and order burritos again :)

Really good. Wait time was only 5 to 10 min. Nice ladies. The location is awkward but easy to get to. Parked on the side with businesses.

I have used Kmemo at least three times and will continue to use them! Very friendly and great food. Just tried the brisket and it was fabulous! On time, good food and great price! All the times I've used him have been work events and we had nothing but good reviews!

Kmemo catered an event at the school I work at, and I'm considered hiring them for a housewarming party. I was very impressed with the quality of the food, how well everything was organized, and how friendly the staff was. I would highly recommend Kmemo to anyone looking for a tacobar for their event.

I've had Kmemo tacos and burritos before and they were always good. This review is based on lack of food. I came to the food truck at 4:30pm and wantedTo order two carne asada super burritos and a side of rice and beans. The two women working looked at each other and said "we only have enough carne asada for one burrito." No problem, I'll take al pastor for the other. I asked about the side of rice and beans and they said they were out of rice and beans. So at 4:30pm your out of carne asada AND rice and beans?!?! I asked if our burritos will have rice and she said "yes!" At this point I just wanted my burritos and wanted to leave. And before I asked for salsa and she said it's in the bag, turns out when I got home it was one small verde and one small red salsa. Never coming back.Update: As we're eating our "Super burritos" we noticed that none of our burritos had any sour cream. WTF?!?!? Just changed it to a one star rating.

Used for catering, food was pretty good, however, did not clean up and replenish as often as they should have.
