Best experience ever nice great customer service I m from Texas and felt really welcome here

Over the past few years, my experience with Kingpin Smoke Shop has consistently been positive. The staff across all their locations are not only helpful but also accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. While there might be variations in products between different locations, I have found that, for the most part, they carry a diverse range, ensuring they have everything you might need. The knowledgeable and friendly staff further enhance the overall shopping experience, making Kingpin Smoke Shop a reliable choice.

At night before shop was closing-- I purchased a $15 glass water piece, brought home and filled with water only, didn't use-- leaky from the base! Attempted to return following morning, but "all sales final." At least the sales person tried (ONLY reason for 2 stars) to call their manager, but they also said no returns. Used or change-of-mind type returns I could understand, but this item is straight up defective. If you don't stand by what you sell, why bother carrying it? Well, for $15, I'll use duct tape. But over $15, you've lost a customer who would otherwise be spending hundreds $$$ later on. SMH Good luck with that business strategy!Update: just after getting back from attempting to return this piece, I barely pressed on bottom where it was leaking from, and the whole base exploded. Didn't even get to use my Gorilla tape.I know what good glass is, so I'm not surprised about this garbage. I'm just thankful I didn't cut my hand or that this didn't explode all over furniture a few sessions in.

Admittedly, I've never purchased anything here. I'm a social smoker and no more. But I wanted to thank the man who stayed with me, to ensure I remained safe tonight. My dog and I will forever be grateful. You went above and beyond, and my very life depended on a kindness you didn't owe me.

Had a decent experience the last time that I came to this shop. I definitely cannot say that again. What a disappointment. The staff is very unprofessional. It's not okay to be rude to ppl. Just Oder it online fam. The cookies batteries crap out after two charges. Sad face. They must've gotten popped for selling to kids. Laugh out loud. Stockton ca.

I read the reviews and was wary about coming in but happy I did. They do check ID now and asked both people purchasing to show ID, not just glancing at it either. The guy helping us was very helpful, friendly and funny. Was happy to give suggestions and new exact info about products. He did strongly suggest us to test our products (disposable) before leaving so we could get a replacement while there if needed. Haven't had any issues with the products so far. Authentic disposables. A lot of options and stock. Good prices. Would definitely recommend and happy to see they're checking ID since vaping has become a serious concern for teens.

Avoid like the plauge. Ripoff prices, the help is rude and doesn't stand behind the products they sell. They dont accept returns and that should tell you what you need to know. Place has been busted for selling crap weed out of the back more times than I care to mention... I will never go again.

Favorite smoke shop in NorCal!Honestly, has the best selection I've ever seen. Whatever you need is here and available in various brands, colors, sizes, types.. whatever you need!!Everyone who works here is super knowledgeable and friendly. They never try to rip me off or up-sell me into anything crazy. Just tell them exactly what you need, or what you're looking for and they'll hook you up!!

Friendly staff and great selections from replacement pieces to designer . Follow them on ig to see the sales . Came up on this and got myself a whole dab set.

Service is a bit trash depending on whos there. Theres a guy who dont like to look for anything and tells you no they dont have it, when i'm looking right at the product. There's another guys whos a smartass when asking questions and will go to the next customer when he's done answering one question when i have another question to ask. At least they usually have the products i use tho.
