our family love this place! my daughter had a great birthday party over there. All her friends also had a fun time. the service is great and the price is the fair. we definitely will have her birthday over there again next year!

We had our daughter's first birthday party here. The playspace is great--all the kids really enjoyed it (ranging from ages 1-12 for reference). The parents enjoyed it as well because (1) we had the venue to ourselves so it wasn't like we had to be chasing after our kids to keep track of them & (2) the playspace was nice & catered to all ages. HOWEVER, there were several things we didn't like:(1) Honestly overpriced because the venue overall is EXTREMELY small & customer service wasn't outstanding--we had Bluey playing on the TV but she kept turning the volume all the way down to 3 it wasn't like lowering the sound a little, we raised the volume high enough for the kids to hear it.(2) Had we not brought our own decor, we would've been stuck with the most random decor that wasn't AT ALL cohesive (Paw Patrol table cover, pink & gold table cover, different themed balloons, dog on the door)(3) The music playing in the playroom kept stopping & I kept having to ask her to replay it cause she wasn't aware of it(4) Clean-Up is supposed to be 15 mins prior to party end time but she shut the door to the playroom 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO & the kids would try & go in & she KEPT shutting the door. Our daughter told me about it & I told the lady it wasn't even cut off time yet. And honestly even then, because of how extremely small the venue is, it makes more sense to leave the playroom door OPEN DURING Clean-Up time so that the EXTREMELY TINY party room dining area is NOT PACKED with ALL the adults & kids because it makes it SO MUCH HARDER to clean up & pack up! (5) We also got many complaints from our guests about how rude she was to them especially towards the end of our party time.Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend this venue unless your party size is less than 20 ppl total including both children & adults. But even then, it's very overpriced & you wouldn't get your money's worth with the service experience & efforts. If the venue were a bigger space, like the dining room area, then it MIGHT be tolerable but I wouldn't recommend.

I attended my nieces 1st birthday party here last night. From the second I walked in the door, the person working was rude, demanding we take our shoes off. Understandable, but no hello, no greeting, just shoes off. She also did not help set up any decorations, or serve food like the website says they do. That took away my time as a guest at a party. We were under the impression since we paid for the space and service we would get that. I actually approached her and asked if she could help me pass out pizza (she was on her phone) she laughed, said no but she would help cut the cake. I also had to ask for more water, more lemonade, for plates, for cups, etc. Seems like a scam to me to advertise that someone will help facilitate your party but they don't. She also was walking around the whole time vacuuming around guests, near children. We were uncomfortable and annoyed of her unnecessary presence. It seemed like instead of helping us with essential parts of the party (setting up, passing out food, putting out chairs for adults to eat because there were NONE) she was focused on cleaning up anything she could to speed up her clean up at the end. She was throwing away peoples plates without asking 20 min before the party ended. Eventually she approached my MINOR sister and tells her she needs to clean up the balls that weren't in the ball pit (I will attach photos of what she had an issue with) I spoke up and told her we didn't pay so we can clean up during our party that is only 2 hours. She proceeds to ignore us and scold my sister. So my 71 year old grandma pulled up the website where it says they clean up, and she didn't like that so she actually shoved my grandma waving her hands around trying to argue. My grandma walks with a cane and is handicapped and can't stand on her own for more than a minute or two at most. My minor sister was right there and this lady also put her hands on my sister. They both told her not to touch them. This all happened because we spoke up and didn't let this lady scam us into paying her and doing her job for her. Take a look at the other negative reviews and notice a pattern about this lady's attitude, pushiness, and not being helpful toward her guests. And we were the problem?

I was just a guest to a party here, but it was a fairly uncomfortable experience. With many kids jumping in and having fun in a ball pit, it's a given that balls are going to end up outside the pit. It felt that our group were constantly being monitored for balls falling out. The lady working was vacuuming during the party and kids had to dodge her. It also seemed odd that we were pushed out 15 mins before the party was scheduled to end. The micromanaging seemed a bit much. My two littles had a blast in the play area, but I don't think we would book our own party here because of the way the business is run.

PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! READ EVERY 1 TO 3 STAR REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO TELL YOU EXACTLY HOW THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE! I only gave it 1 star because it wouldn't let me put 0 stars. The owner Helen is HORRIBLE! During the party she was vacuuming and picking up the balls that the kids were throwing out, she was constantly micromanaging what we were doing. She made our guest feel very uncomfortable because she wasn't allowing us to have a good time. We got the room from 5:30 -7:30. She tells us that by 7:15 we have to clean up and it's over. I didn't pay to have a party where we the guest had to clean up the whole place. Helen the owners rules are she will cut the cake, provide plates cups and forks water and lemonade. Which is only 1 pitcher for lemonade and water and she will do clean up. She was YELLING at the kids to clean up the balls, the kids were scared and not understanding why they were be scolded. They were there to play and have a good time. It was my granddaughter's 1st birthday party so we had a bunch of 1 yr olds up to 9 year old kids playing. She was telling the kids to clean up the balls as they were walking by. She was throwing away their pizza when they weren't finished eatting. She got upset that my 1 yr old granddaughter had a smash cake and some of the cake went on the floor. One of our guest son spilled water she made it out to be a big deal. She didn't have anything to clean or mop the floor. Mind you this is for toddler parties. I'm sure this wasn't the first time a kid spilled water. The topping on the cake was when she demanded my step daughter to clean up the ball area. When my step daughters grandma who is handicap read to here what her rules were that she posted the owner got upset and pushed her. She then pushed my step daughter and her mom. This was a shit show from the moment we walked in from the moment we left. I have never felt so uncomfortable let alone felt like I had to be watched every step we took. My guest felt uncomfortable and her behavior was unacceptable. As a business owner you NEVER push or hit a paying guest. I definitely would not ever go back to this place again. She needs to be shut down. It makes me sad that my step daughter, her grandma and mom had to be treated this way. It was supposed to be a fun night celebrating with friends and family and she made it a NIGHTMARE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!No this isn't an attack on your establishment. This is what your company is doing. You or your employee are hovering over the customers that paid to have a good time at your place of business. I've NEVER been treated this way by any other establishment that I've had birthday parties at. We always had great times when renting out venues anywhere else.You claim that I'm lying yet the other reviews show the same thing my guest experienced. And we don't even know each other. You are in denial and I will be more than happy to NEVER return to your establishment. I hope it gets shut down. And yes video cameras don't lie. You will see your employee push my daughter's handicap grandma who walks with a cane. Very disrespectful and you ought to be ashamed of yourself for making my family feel like we had to rush the whole time. Also never knew 1 to 9 year old can do such damage. When playing and having a good time with family. You have over 4 parties a day so don't put the blame on my party (kids). I'm shocked on how you run your business and I'm shocked on how you think when somebody pays you to rent your spot it's ok to go around vacuuming and yelling at the kids. Also making us feel rushed, constantly asking us to hurry up and cut the cake. We paid to enjoy ourselves. We felt like we were in jail. We tried to make the best of it but from the beginning it was horrible! Also Helen if you weren't there you don't know besides what your employee is saying. You have many reviews that say the same thing we experienced. For you to attack us by saying we are falsifying your business is ridiculous. You have unprofessional employees who make this experience the WORST!!AND ALL I CAN DO IS LAUGH AT ALL THE POSITIVE YELP REVIEWS BECAUSE 4 OF THEM ARE FAKE! YEAH YOU CAN SIT AND SAY PEOPLE ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR BUSINESS BUT IN REALITY ITS YOU WRITING MOST OF THE YELPS. I HOPE YOU EVERYONE RWADS ALL THE REVIEWS AND YOU GET SHUT DOWN. YOUR BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE!

this was a very bad experience, first off the place is so small we felt like we were squished together like sardines in a can. Then the whole time we were the the lady was very rude using the vacuum around our feet as we sat there. she got upset that a little water had been spilt on the floor. And to top it off and the end she put hands on one the the elderly disabled guest and pushed her. This place should be closed , its never ok to put your hands on ANYONE much less a disabled person. She needs to get out of the business if this is how she is going to treat her customers.I would not advise you to waste your money here!Of course that is how you would respond, and i dont care what your employee told you she was the one that put her hand on an disabled grandmother which prompted the granddaughter to step in to defend her grandmother. And at no point did anyone in our party deliberately destroy anything on that property. You have to expect for balls to be displaced out of the ball pit as children play.

Service attendant was rude, pushy and trying to control the time schedule of the party. When we did not leave our recyclables as she requested, she would not give us use of a broom, and expected clean up to be proficient. Was not welcoming, overpriced and regret booking this venue. Even though play space was adequate and clean, did not make up for cost and service.

It is an excellent venue for hosting birthday parties for young children. We had the entire space to ourselves, which made it feel safe and relaxing.

The indoor party center was nice place to have good time with staff friendly Assistant, would suggest to who has need for their service.

Just had my son's birthday party here last week. The place is very clean. Perfect for kids under 5. Great service. Highly recommend!
