Proof that Eva is hardcore :)
Just a dead bug... he probably died when he was told this dealership adds $12,000 onto the pricing "just because".
Car was just dropped off recently. Why tell me it's ready to come look at and test drive?

Thank you!!!! One happy customer or should I say happy lady...
Our new silky silver 2019 Niro. I get ~70 mpg on a brutal 2 hr commute, but smart cruise control and Android auto functions keep me sane!

We had a great car buying experience at Kia of Vacaville for our 2025 KIA Sorento. It was the best car buying experiences we've ever had. All the dealership reps we dealt with were extremely accommodating, focused on us having an outstanding customer experience, and ensuring our satisfaction. This included Elmi in Sales, and Erik and Mayenci from Finance. I know where I'll be referring any family or friends wanting to buy a Kia vehicle in the future.Keep up the great work Kia of Vacaville team!!

Id literally go to any other kia. Unfortunately this kia had the 2025 kia Sorrento we were searching for, we went with our minds made up with the car and we were treated horribly, the oldest guy in the building was the guy who helped us buy the car but unfortunately we couldn't leave since we really wanted that car, from the beginning we were so disrespected, he told us that the Sorrento was out of our price range, this alone should've been a HUGE red flag! after us insisting on seeing the car he started to comply. We started getting defensive because what is that treatment?! Another guy came to speak to us and i WISH he could've got the commission! Theres so much more that happened before going with the finance guy but ill save that for the claim with kia customer care

I have very mixed feelings writing this review. See the Service Advisor and the manager have seemed very nice. And I encourage management to speak to the staff and they will say that I too have been very patient and nice, so what seems to be the problem?Well, I suddenly got a check engine light and my car would not accelerate. I read the code and was going to buy the part however saw there was a recall due to the code. So I brought it into Kia Vacaville since my family lives in the area even though I live in SF.My car is different and has to be started in a very specific way and I showed more than one person how to start my car, and yet I was there available all day the day I took the car in, and was at home waiting for them to call me with the update or tell me if they needed me to come in.On Day 1 My car was there from 8:30 am and my GF picked me up at 4pm, no one had seen my car. Everyone else came in and out.Ok fine I understand you can be understaffed and busy fine. The next day I get called that no one had seen my car and at 4pm I brought the car in myself with the service dept. manager. The "knock sensor" was replaced, and I was told my car had been driven around was ready to be picked up.I picked up the car, not 2 minutes later the check engine light came on my car was shaking so bad and it was just not running normal at all.I unfortunately could not bring the car back since I had to getthe interlock device reset ($$) before we could not start the car again at all.I bring the car in again after letting them know what was going on. I am there and they said that a coil for a spark plug had to be replaced that it was causing the misfire. I paid for the replacement/repair ($$) and the next day had to get my interlock device reset once again ($$).One week later now my car is having the exact same problems and giving the exact same code I had the 1st time. And so I am having to bring the car in again and miss work again. Here is what is upsetting.1. My car was not looked at for 2 days I lost income because I wanted to be of help understanding that my car needs to be started a special way. That is a waste of time.2. Having to reset my machine 2 and perhaps now 3 times, I took the car in for a muffler repair and another repair and the shop some time back and they did not need me to start the car and the second time I did not need to reset my machine.3. I appreciate the help with the knock sensor replacement and then changing the coil on my car but then why am I still having the same problems and same code even with the repairs/replacement?My concern.1. To my knowledge a full diagnostic was performed on my car and the repairs needed were made...but as I was being explained what work had been done, it seems that all they are going by are "codes", a full diagnostic would've diagnosed what was wrong with the car and the needed repairs would have been made and I would not be writing this review and not lost income not lost time not be car less for days/ been dealing with car problems x 4 weeks now.2. I want to know exactly what is being done to my car and etc. because I used to work in a mechanics shop and my dad was a mechanic before his health declined. I brought my car in to the experts and was hoping to have a running car that did not go 20mph on the 80 (65mph). I want to believe that my car is in good hands however that is two times I have been left disappointed. I fear that my car is in fact in need of the repair that the recall is about and I keep getting sent away and that my car will stop as I am driving with my family and we get into an accident due to something that could have been fixed. What I am hoping for.1. My car being fixed and this "made right". I have been super nice and I wish I did not have to write this. I just want a running car and not have any more scares and have the proper diagnostic repairs/replacements made and not have to come back simply because the car is still having the same problems it came in for.Like

I came into Vacaville Kia Service Department to address an ICCU recall for my EV6. I had an appointment at 12:30pm on a Saturday, arrived around 12:09pm served around 12:15pm. There were only 2 service advisors working and there were no shortage of customers that needed service. Both service advisors were friendly and addressed their customers needs and was not rushing as they want to make sure their customer's needs were addressed. I was helped by Ismael Ayala. After checking in, I was told that it was going to take about 2.5 hrs to complete the recall service, but was called less than 2 hrs later as my car was finished already. I appreciate that they called me when the car was done vs waiting towards the end of the day like some dealers. They offered a complementary vehicle inspection and car wash (not well done as there were still some bird poop and bug splatter that was not fully washed off and some water marks), but the dust was washed off). Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will return for future services for my EV6.

Jason was so great! My vehicle broke down in Fairfield on a Saturday morning and I was just in shock over what to do, where to go, and how much would this repair cost me. I called KIA Vacaville and Jason was very friendly and helpful. Even though he was unsure my vehicle would be seen that day, he did what he could to accommodate me. I was so stressed out but Jason provided the best customer service and support I needed. Jason always kept me informed about the status of my vehicles repair. Kiddos to you KIA Vacaville for hiring such an amazing person

This place is HORRIBLE. Do not buy your car from here. Where do I start? My opinions...1. They are RUDE and act extremely UNINTERESTED in selling you a vehicle. 2. They made us drive over 200 miles in total to see a car when they said it was READY and was not. 3. They ALMOST sold me a car with SERIOUS safety issues. The only reason they did not sell me the car is because I noticed the issue and spoke up. They lied and said the car was good upon inspection. It did not take me long to notice the issue. SERIOUS fraudulent misrepresentation. 4. They are RUDE and mistreated elderly people. I am not elderly, I merely witnessed it. I also feel compelled to report to BBB and Consumer Protection.

We ended up test driving the car and I feel in love with it , she was so patient and professional . We bought the car and we couldn't be happier . She has followed up numerous times to make sure we are happy ! Please reach out to her for any new vehicles ! You will thank me later

My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle the last few weeks. We decided to stop by Kia of Vacaville to just take a look. Neither one of us has ever owned or test driven a Kia before. We were welcomed immediately by Elmi and he gave us the grand tour. We were able to test drive several cars and were amazed by his knowledge of each vehicle. He wasn't pushy in any way, which we loved. Once we do more research and decide on which vehicle suits our family best, if it is a Kia, we will be back to work with Elmi.

Very conflicting feelings about this place. Youseff, the finance guy, was a class A con artist. However, the manager, Erik, addressed our concerns with understanding and grace. I don't think I'll ever choose to come back to this location, but I did learn a lot from the initial terrible experience and now know how to navigate financial vultures at the dealerships moving forward. CAREFULLY LOOK AT YOUR CHARGES BEFORE YOU SIGN. LINE BY LINE. DON'T LET THEM GET YOU WITH THEM OPTIONAL CHARGES!!!!
