On this Thanksgiving day I am grateful for Justin D and his extreme professionalism, prompt communication and great customer service (shout out to Shawn and Justin too!).I have been looking to buy a new car for about 6 months and finally narrowed it down to a Kia Sportage Hybrid SX-Prestige. I pushed the button through True Car to get some quotes and Justin's email came at the right time & the right price with a kind demeanor. He even helped me with my purchasing options on a Sunday! An hour and a half drive later and I am so glad I went out to Manteca to purchase my new vehicle (her name is Tika in honor of her home dealership). What I loved:1) Communication: I suffer from analysis paralysis and I got this deal done the same day we started emailing. That was the fastest I have made a decision in a while!2) Process: From test drive to purchase, fastest car deal I have ever been witness to or a part of- thank you!3) Customer Service: even though the deal was completed after closing and even though I asked a lot of questions, Justin D took the time to answer them and show me every single feature of my new car. It was impressive. He even hand washed my car because the car wash was closed. That really wasn't necessary because it was cold outside but is a testament to how awesome he is.4) Follow-up: checking in on me through surveys and phone calls/ text messages is really nice. I have great after purchase support.5) Coffee machine- mocha latte was pretty yummy!Thank you to Kia Country for helping me make a purchase that I can rely on for years to come. I am very appreciative of the customer service you provided and my awesome new car.

Jay, Jimmy, and the whole crew at Kia Country service department are awesome!They got me in and out fast for a recall service of which Valley Kia in Modesto tried to tell me I had no recalls and wouldn't budge. Kia Country made an unlikeable situation into a quick and easy one.

We had a few issues going on with our Optima and he was very communicative and cognizant of a timeframe we were hoping to have repairs completed as we were going on a trip. Went in because we had seen a car online that we were interested in. Went for the test drive and decided to go ahead and get it. Once we sat down and started filling out the paperwork, we had overheard another interested in the same car and they went and test drive it. By the time we finished filling out our paperwork with the credit check, they had came back from the test drive and told them they had some cash to put down on the car. Our credit check was NEVER ran and we were put on hold by the managers for 30 MINUTES before even being told anything. An internet sales guy came and tried to talk us into putting money down meanwhile we can overhear the conversation these sales guys were having with these people with more cash down. We ended up just walking out without even being able to speak to a manager but the internet sales guy whom had NOTHING to do with us. Justin was amazing and very helpful and that's the ONLY reason why I'm giving this place the 2 stars. Wasted 2 hours at this place only to be put on the back burner.
