Jumper Madness and Event Rentals

Called last minute for a jumper for my daughter surprise birthday party, the lady I communicated with was more than helpful. I already looked on their website at the jumpers, then asked her which of the ones I liked was available, she told me, I picked it. The prices on their website are accurate and up to date. The price listed is for the whole day. The lady I was in contact with when I ordered called me the day before to confirm my appointment for drop off & asked if I needed an extension cord, I told her yes! (They forgot it the day of drop off so they had to go back... but I'll get to that later)I ordered the Princess Dazzling Jumper it's combo jumper and slide! Plus had a basketball hoop inside. It was a hit at the party. My daughter loved it. The price was $230 for the day. I decided to add tables and chairs. They charge $5 a table & $1 a chair. Super reasonable pricing as I said compared to other party rental places in the area.I was a little annoyed they were 30 mins late. They were supposed to arrive between 11am-12pm instead they got here at 1233pm. Then they forgot the extension cord, which wasn't a problem because I just had my brother take the screen off my window and connect it in my room. The jumper turned on then stopped 20 seconds later. He then said I must have a power shortage to unplug things in the room.. I had to unblock everything from my charger, clock, tv, etc! So I was annoyed it still wasn't working. I even plugged the blower into 4 different outlets. So I said maybe your blower is out! Then he says "oh yeah... we'll I guess I'll go switch the blowers & bring an extension cord." That irritated me cause they were already late and now they were gonna take even more time! Then they get back, everything worked fine, I payed & got my invoice, but I was irritated to get in the jumper with my daughter and it was dirty as can be. I would think they at least get in and sweep or spray it! So I had to go in with my broom & Lysol and clean. Since I had the jumper in my backyard they didn't pick it up same night, they just came the next day in the morning around 10am. I noticed they didn't sweep or sanitize it either before wrapping it back up. I knock off a star for being late and coming unprepared with non working items but they did fix it & get the job done. The lady I spoke to during the whole process was informative & nice. The delivery guys didn't have great customer service but they did the job. For the price & the time you get the jumper it's definitely worth it! I would use them again & I recommend them to anyone looking for jumper rental, tables & chairs, just FYI be ready to clean the jumper when you receive it, because they don't.

Rented a waterslide and dunk tank for my daughter's "summer bash." Was able to check availability, order, and pay online. I reached out a few days prior to event via text and promptly got a reply. On the day of event they attempted to deliver a little earlier than anticipated and made several attempts to call and text me to let me know they were trying to deliver and set up items. We didn't think to connect water hose to waterslide mister while they were still here and when we went to connect we couldn't find the piece. We called them up and they sent someone with a mister right away. We interacted with about 5 individuals and all were friendly. We will definitely rent from them for any future "summer bash's."

Rented a water slide for my daughter's graduation and the set up was fast and they cleaned it after set up. Wiped everything down and it looked great. When they came to get it the next day it was fast and smooth. Thank you will rent from you again! No hidden fees is what I appreciate as well. I've rented things in the past and they have tried to add on so many different extra charges. It was a flat fee! Excellent

Called them on Wednesday for a Jumper for Saturday. Received a text confirmation, call the night before to confirm.The price was great for the jumper and they came promptly at 9:30am!!! Lol they're on TIME!!! They set it up in less than 10min. Pick up was 630 because it was in the front yard which was great because the kids had played so hard they all were tired! Will use them again! Thank you guys

The jumper I received for my daughter's "Wild One" birthday party was so much nicer than I imagined. It made the party a such a hit! Both people I spoke with were extremely nice and accommodating. They dropped the jumper off super early, despite the fact that I wasn't there to pay them. I will definitely use Jumper Madness again. Thanks again!

Not too happy with the service. The website and actual inventory are not in sync. What was shown as available on line infact may not be. I ended up calling to speak to some one in person and the still managed to messed up my reservation. Reason, they had multiple people with the same name and the reservation got mixed up. Eventually they figured it out, mind you I had to call when they were already an hour late, they said they would bring me a jumper right away. They Showed up after my party started, and didn't bring a generater for the jumper. At no point was I informed that there would be no generator and the needed need 2 seperat outlets to power the motor for the jumper ( which I did not have available). Nedless to say, my son did not get his jumper for his birthday party. Also, this company won't deliver to parks only private residents. I am horibbly disappointed with the professionalism and communication skills of this company. I will not use their services again.
