The food always tastes fresh and is always ready for me to pickup. I've taken food to go multiple times and never had any issues but I have not gone in to eat and cannot comment on the service. I love all the vegan options here.

Gaslighting is their way of not taking responsibility apparently. My parter was extremely hungry on a Friday night. We did an online order and got honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, chicken fried rice and deep fried dumplings. We picked up the food and ate in the car. First of all, the orange chicken box was tilted sideways in the bag, so quite literally all of the napkins, boxes underneath and utensils packets were covered with the sticky orange sauce that leaked out. Cleaning that in the car was a pain. After cleaning that up, we tried the honey walnut shrimp. This was the most disappointing part. It was like they made a house salad, dumped it out, didn't clean the box, and poured the honey walnut shrimp in. The shrimp was contaminated with the salad dressing and tasted completely off. We know how honey walnut shrimp should taste and did taste since we've had it multiple times before... and we know that the other taste of the salad dressing was not supposed to be there. So we go back right before close to try to get it remedied. The guy at the front told my partner that the shrimp is served like that and it's normal. Absolutely not. On the menu, it says nothing about it served over a few pieces of lettuce drenched in a salad dressing.... From experience, we've never had this happen here. So for them to look us in the eye and tell us that it's supposed to be like this is insane. They did offer us a refund if we left all of the food there. We wouldn't have minded leaving the shrimp there but all of the food? Look maybe it's just me, but I think if you mess up, and then lie to the customer about it, maybe just try to fix the mistake and issue a refund. Just let us keep the rest of the food since that wasn't the complaint. However this situation seems completely unsanitary and is quite disgusting if they are putting food in to go boxes and then dumping it out and adding new food to it... multiple other comments have mentioned quality is lacking. Please be aware of this, they are not wrong.

Went on a Friday evening and had no wait! Service was good and food was delicious.Green Dragon Roll: great option if you like unagi which was on the inside of the roll. It was nicely marinated and the avocado added a nice creaminess along with the unagi sauce.Baker Salmon Roll: these came out nice and warm with a slight crisp without making the roll dry. The sauce drizzled on top was just the perfect amount.These rolls are great options if you can't eat raw fish or prefer cooked fish!

Delicious as always! Jaden was our waiter and he was awesome! He was friendly, polite, prompt and fast. Okie food was amazing. I had the sashimi appetizer. It was fresh and delicious. We also had the calamari and garlic edamame. My family loved them. Also, I had the tiger roll. My youngest fried sushi for the first time and she loved it, which is monumental because she is a picky eater. We can't wait to come back!

Horrible staff. Very unprofessional to see wait staff all sitting at the bar area on their phones. Sitting at table while 4 of the wait staff are all sitting down scrolling on their phones drinking soda's. Waiter came to table, took our drink orders, we asked to place our food order and was told to wait. Comes back wiirh drinks. and ask what we want. We say thank you and he just walks off in disgust. Brings food and just walks off. At the end of meal, leaves check,and again walks off. As we are leaving, we make a point to say thank you again and he ignores us and walks away. 3 other wait staff still sitting at bar area on phones. We have made three attempts to eat here in the last six months hoping it was just a coincidence Obviously not the case. Seems to be there new mode of operation. Never use to be this way. Very disappointed. Last time we will spend our money at JP Fusion

HelloWe ate here today. The food was good. But had a bad experience with the waiter. I went to pay at the front desk. So i give him my card. I left him no tip because we normally like to leave that cash. When i went back to the table to get my wife. We realize we had no cash for the tip. Our waiter was behind me i was not sure why he handed me my bill back telling me if i would like to give him a tip. To be honest i did want to leave him one but after that pushy move he did on us i felt we should not. He still handed me my check back to i can change the numbers. I ended up leaving him something . I felt sorry. but i will never go to that restaurant again that was so unprofessional. Totally wrong. He was a shorter waiter with puffy cheeks. Im sure this is not the 1st time he does that. He is there all the time about noon time.

Usually love this place. I got a salmon roll and a yellowtail jalapeno handroll. The salmon roll was a 6/10, very basic cant really mess it up. The yellowtail jalapeno handroll was bad, there was a gross red spicy paste that made it off putting. Everything elseIs usually good there so I suggest just staying away from the handroll
