This was not my first time on the store, but it was the first time buying. Probably my last Walked in as my friend had purchased some cute shoes so I myself took a chance . Asked about a couple pairs I wanted to try on, different sizes just in case. First pair of shoes found a size I was comfortable with hung on to them. Saw a different pair asked about sizes brought "6". Way to tight asked about next size she brought out 8 & 6.5. And she walked away. All good didn't really need her then. I tried on 8 wow way to big I told her and she took both shoes back. Didn't think much, until I realized I hadn't tried on the 6.5. Asked for them again. But from another customer service person, no problem but the gal wouldn't get them she just stood there! WTF!!! Now the originals all said i brought them out I responded back "no I tried on the 8 only ." She is now arguing with me in front of other customers for seemed like several minutes. I dont care I want to try that size. Of course she brought them out and the size I asked for fit beautiful. As I looked I really liked first pair. Now I'm at registrar, cash or card she asked Card I say, no problem . Messes up first time as she forgot to type something in. No problem let's try again. Great price is good now asks for my email so I may receive coupons great . She types it in, I double check realize I forgot exact email. Finally got it. I spelled it out HUMMINBRD ----- etc Yes this is the correct spelling I have. Tell me why after "5" times of repeating she could NEVER GET IT CORRECT! I'll take a paper receipt. Maybe the three customers service people in journeys should be a little more attentive to the paying customer. Not worry about someone's birthday coming up and decorating for it. If I'm wrong please tell me. I didn't ask for much don't argue with the customer. My once and last time purchase! I like my new shoes.

So, I came here a min. ago, but I still feel like I should give this place their shine. So, when I went, there were two guys and a girl working. One of the guys came up to me & my friends and helped us out. He had to have been one of the nicest, most helpful, understanding sales associates I've ever met! I forgot his name because like I said, it was a while ago, but I'm sure most of the people that work there are like that.Anyways, while we were getting rung up by the girl, she proceeded to tell us about ways to clean our shoes! She was super knowledgeable and deserves to have someone pay her to make youtube tutorials on how to keep your shoes clean because she knew EVERYTHING.But yeah, me & my friends had a great experience here & would DEFINITELY come back if ever in the area again!

Great customer service. Pleasant and helpful. The clerk even made great suggestions for items I hadn't even thought about getting. Big reason I keep coming back. A great store.

I came here two different times for the same pair of shoes (new balance). The first time, the sales associate didn't give me space..I kept telling her I didn't want help at that time because I like to browse alone but she kept insisting I try this and that on-so I just left. I came back today and another sales associate helped me. She was sweet as can be, but just like the first girl, she was too pushy. I asked to try on a size 5 and 5.5 NB shoe. She came back with two completely different shoes (one wasn't even NB-they were shiny pumas) and they were both 3 sizes too big!! She kept saying she could order my size and tried offering different sizes of various shoes but a foot size isn't something that can be negotiated. I understand she was probably under some pressure from the store to sell a pair of shoes to me so I am not upset with the associate. She was very nice, but Journey's way of "selling" is very annoying. I left without buying anything.

Jesse did an amazing job working with our daughter Gwen & with us. He was polite, knowledgeable, and relatable. Not salesman to customer, but person to person. Thanks, Jesse.

The product is cool, but the staff give me highschool vibes. Not in a good way. It's my 4th time coming in here and I thought maybe it was just an off-day for them, but it's so weird how each time I've come, I always hear something about the latest gossip or just talking down about other mall employees. :/ it just doesn't seem like a very positive atmosphere. Maybe it'll change but it wasn't a very positive impression after the first

This store blatantly discriminated against my boyfriend and accused him of stalking employees after no more that 3 minutes of being inside. He went to the mall to look for clothes and UGGs for him and I. He didn't decide to look in this store until the end of the mall trip . Which means he only stepped foot in journeys one time , after being in there for a short amount of time he was told to leave for stalking employees . So , he came back and showed them that he was there to get UGGs for me by bringing me this time . Instead of an apology all he got was some very sassy remarks . Apparently you can't look around stores anymore ! Since he felt disrespected he bought me UGGs at another store called "Stride Rite" where they treated him amazingly . Moral of the story don't go to Journeys , go to Stride Rite instead !!

Everyone made sure you were helped and Joe was especially helpful! He made the experience ten times better. Even if we weren't able to get the shoes we need he was super nice about it and had us order them. Also Joes should get an award, GO JOE!!!

Went in with my fiancé to get some Chuck's for our wedding party. Kelsey helped us out with picking out some shoes and color matching. She was super awesome and extremely friendly and helpful. We should have bought socks from her too. I feel bad we didn't.
