It was my first time here and they did not disappoint! The staff were very kind and helpful as we were deciding what to order. Service was very quick too, there was another lady picking up a big order and the staff seem to have a great relationship with regular customers which always warms my heart to see anywhere :)the food was really fresh and good! I'm a big fan of the batter they use and omg i love love fried pickles! the lemonade was perfect to wash down everything since it was a lot of fried food. and the cake is sooo yummy idk what makes it so addicting but kids would love this. my boyfriend was a big fan of their mac n cheese because he likes it a specific way. very casual sit down or to go but I would def come back for my munchies

First time here and it did not disappoint!!The young man at the counter was so nice and helpful when it came to suggestions on what to order.We both ended up with the two piece.... both had chicken. I had the catfish nuggets and they were really good. Hubby had the catfish fillets and he enjoyed them. Whatever the spice is that they shake on top before serving gave it a little kick!!Definitely will be coming back and trying more options from the menu.

Great food! Horrible customer service with a non chalant attitude. Sometimes when you call their phone line to order food (like today) they do not answer the phone. Low and behold the worker at the front counter was on his headphones watching his cell phone.

8/25/24 - I was greeted right away. Craving fried oysters which I haven't had in awhile. I only had to wait about 10 minutes. It was a late dinner (8:30p). There were two customers ahead of me, so pretty quick service. I was happy until I got home and took my initial bite, the oysters were fried too hard! You could taste the seasoning but the poor oyster was fried up!! Of course, I was upset and decided then that I would give them another chance I just have to make sure to tell them to fry them medium; not to soft and not to hard. I went to this exact restaurant on 11/11/24, spent $44 on chicken, shrimp, and fish. The chicken tasted as if it was going bad before they cooked it, the fish was fresh, but soggy with no crunch or seasoning, and the shrimp were ok. The only thing we were able to eat was shrimp and fries. The customer service was great.

Food is always good and freshly prepared. Guys there are very cool and nice. Place is kept clean. No crazy people there. Smooth and silky process. Food is delish.

Went and ordered a 3 way Fish Chicken and Shrimp. Waited every bit of 15 to 20 minutes and got food home it was old. How in the world can you put out old food? Garbage!!! Never again would Insupport this place

Today was my first time trying JJs Fish & Chicken. I was done running errands for the day when I spotted this place on my way back home. I decided to drive by & was impressed with the variety of seafood platters they had. I was thinking of calamari before I even stepped foot in the resturant. When I was waiting in line, I had a wonderful conversation with another customer here- which impressed me with the overall vibes of this place. Then I get the to front counter.. & I was greeted politely by the cashier. He was so friendly and accomodating with my order & also giving me a few minutes to look over the menu being it was my first time there. After looking over a variety of options, I decided to get the catfish nuggets. Never have i ever ate catfish before so this was just a guess for me. But it looked so similar to the calamari i had in mind & i definitely wanted to give it a go. The wait wasnt too bad.. & I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere with the neon lighting & RB&B tunes.. Usher being my fav. & btw the food was amazing!! Catfish nuggets overflowing w/french fries& toast!! & that was just the small. Plus..had to get the red velevet..it was just teasing me at the front counter lolol.

I ordered catfish fillets..... they did not give catfish not sure what I got but it wasn't catfish....... What are they using in place of catfish? ....... Yuk...... the young man that took my order was extremely pleasant....I guess that one positive note!
