Jersey Mike's Subs

My experience here might not have been the best but the sandwich was! It was pilled high with all the meats I love and so favorable! The sandwich was huge! I always get the original Italian on wheat and I sub the ham for turkey and I get all the topping. The bread was fresh and they slice the meats right in front of you. I do compare my sandwiches to other places and this place always hits my cold cut craving. Stopped going to other places for sure. As far as the the people behind the counter, super nice and very eager to make the experience a five star! The person behind the counter even remembered customers orders showing they care about their customers. There was also an elderly lady, very sweet, who had a ton of questions and they were so nice to her. Felt like jersey Mikes really cares about the community. As far as the experience in the lobby....not the greatest. An employee while they were on their break, which I get, was having an intense conversation over the phone and I over heard everything. When I go to Jersey Mikes or any restaurant really I don't go there to listen to employees drama. I didn't eat in peace. I had to keep getting up and tried to move but my sandwich was already open. This experience alone is the reason I haven't been back to this location.

We love jersey mikes...but only when we can customize our orders! Please fix your GrubHub so that I can select what I do/don't want on a hot sandwich. I love oil, vinegar, and red pepper, but I don't have those options. In "hot sandwiches" you are only shown what comes with it. Cold sandwiches are fully customizable. But when we can get what we want, the food is great. It's a cut above other sandwich shops around here.

We've been waiting to try out this spot after seeing all the commercials. I'm weird but I like Danny De Viito, ok!! Lol loved him in its always sunny.Being vegetarian and knowing their selling point is the fresh sliced meat I was worried I wouldn't have any options. Well I had the mushroom swiss sandwich and it was awesome! It was HUGE so I didn't think I could finish it but it was so tasty I totally ate that sucker up!! Yummy l. Yes I'll definitely go back for another and my meat eating buddy liked his meat filled sandwich. I'm sure he got the large and there wasn't anything left for him either!

Great subs, Been going here for a while, recommend the Italian, all exclusive, great sandwich

This place is amazing! We came two days in a row. Amazing sandwiches and best customer service. They mixed up our bread choices but by the next time made it up to us! We will be back...A LOT! Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you! Other businesses in Modesto should take notes from Jersey Mikes!

Jersey Mikes is the best chain sub, period. But this location needs to be shut down because it besmirches the good name of Jersey Mike. I have JM multiple times a week on lunch break in Sacramento / Elk Grove and it's glorious. I've never had a tasteless, soggy mess at those locations like I experienced today in Modesto. I'm almost speechless. Shame! Shame!

Placed an order online and waiting 40 minutes for a cold sandwich. It would have been faster to walk up to the counter and order. I saw 15 customers come and go while I waiting for my order. Do not go here if you are in a time crunch and expecting your order to be ready in the time estimate it gives you online.

Food always delivers! Service has been really good when I go ! Ambiance pretty cooo and chill I had the worker laughing .

I strongly don't recommend eating at this place they are over priced and the subs are alot of hype overated. It was our first time there and it will be our last. We ordered 2 subs and they didn't have hardly any meat it felt we were eating bread could not taste the meat. We paid 40 dollars a waste of money. We won't be going back.

The sandwich making process is messy, they didn't ask what kind of bread or if I wanted my sandwich toasted or not. After I asked for my sandwich to be toasted she slid my sandwich on a dirty counter with NO paper. After this lady made someone's tuna sandwich, grabbed a dirty rag and wiped down the counter then grabbed my sandwich off the same counter and continued to make my sandwich. Never changed her gloves ONCE. Besides me having a possible seafood allergy and her contaminating my meal the lettuce and onions are super stringy like they gave me the outside of an onion and soggy lettuce. There are plenty better sandwich spots around I regret not going to Safeway or Sprouts much more quality for the money I wasted here!!
