Used their service when our 3 door freezer wasn't keeping cold. They were booked out a few days but called us for open slot when another cancelled. Came out and filled out Freon and been working nicely since.No nonsense service, will do business again.

We Purchased 2 new large merchandisers for our retail bakery, good experience during the purchase process, one star for that. However, scheduled a service appointment for all our refrigeration, set date and time, they did not show up, no phone call or anything. Called them a couple of days later to let them know and I was told the owner would call me back. Never got a call back, waited a few more days and called them again. Owner (Richard) gets on the call and states they are just too busy to do services, that he has other customers that need attention now and he just will need to call me back to schedule if he has the time to do so. Wow! Good luck Jergens...good luck keeping customers with that kind of customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about Jergens. I operate a mobile food business and Jergens has kept me going for over 20 years. I have ice makers, mobile ice cream carts, commercial refrigeration, and the service they have provided my business is a "10" plus rating. I feel very blessed that such a great business is located close to my business. They never make you wait for a repair, and the staff is extremely knowlegable, and professional. Thank you Jergens your service is greatly appreciated, and I wouldn't buy from any other dealer.

Anthony and Orlando did an outstanding job repairing my company's cooler/chiller system. They came in and immediately assessed the issue. Called in to their resources for parts, and got on the job to fix the compressor that was causing the problem. Replaced the compressor with a much better quality one for a very reasonable price. Their service is above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them and Jergen Inc. to my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys

Rude Owner quick to call names. My dad who has trouble speaking English contacted them and asked if they could come by and see what's wrong with the cooler system we wanted a check up NOT repair next day a person was sent he came and did some work we get a call to give credit card payment urgently dad refused and said the he wanted a check up as of which the Owner him self got super rude and literally called every other foul word in the book while there were little kids in the house he would not stop and would continue to being rude saying threatening to sue us first he said he will send tech back and undo what he did as of which I said okay and than he says he will sue us and continued call my dad names at that point I took over the phone told him to calm down HE HAS NO TEMPER AT ALL he wanted his 400 bucks for the tech visit didn't want to listen what we were saying and SURPRISINGLY ENOUGH the cooler stopped working again after few hours we were scammed of 430 bucks and if we didn't pay we will be sued as he said now any one who doesn't want drama will just suck up and pay. If you guys want a good service in Sacramento look around leaving the topic of money behind when the owner himself starts to curse at you two minutes in the call shows how he treats his techs and the people work for also the people who get service from him. I have never seen a reputable business owner leash out on someone like the way he did. His money was paid we were left with a horrible evening family dinner and 430 bucks out of pocket which we never asked for.

I first used Jergen's in 2002 for a walk-in cooler installation on my farm. I've had them come out for some regular maintenance checks and then a repair after a defrost clock failed. Service has always been timely and reasonable. Earlier this week I had a critical problem as a coolant line had developed a leak and my cooler was 20F too warm and rising. I called shortly before lunch and the repairman Kevin was here about 90 minutes later and the problem was then fixed within an hour and my valuable inventory was saved. They've come through every time I needed their service and are very knowledgeable about refrigeration equipment.
