Javier did an incredible job with my catering request last week. I needed something delicious & unique for a client's office that would easily serve 60+ people. From the time I reached out to Javier to the moment my event was over, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. Moreover, the food was easily the best Mexican food I have had north of the border. It was incredible and each one of my guests gushed over what delicious food it was. There was plenty of food and Javier even provides chafing dishes for a very nominal fee. Not one single detail was left out. I cannot wait for future opportunities to treat my clients to Jalisco's Catering! Bravo Javier!

We had Jalisco's for our son's rehearsal dinner and it was amazing. Great communication before the event, arrived right on time and the food was amazing. Didn't have to worry about anything because they had took care of it. Highly recommend.

Hands down, one of the best catering services I've ever used! The owner Javier was extremely responsive from start to finish and their service was sincerely TOP NOTCH! They have several menu options and packages that are designed to fit every budget and they are priced very reasonably! I purchased the Three-Meat Package + Essentials for 40 people and had more than enough food for my guests and then some! I loved that that they thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly think of from condiments, to serving utensils, to chafing dishes. Delivery and set up was on time and their team was very professional. Last but not least, THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, OMG!!!! I don't know what they seasoned the food with, but I've never been so in love with grilled onions before! And the carnitas...sheesh! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! We ordered carne asada, carnitas, and pollo and everything was seasoned to perfection! Tortillas tasted homemade (flour and corn), the pico de gallo was great and the tortilla chips were super fresh also! I can go on and on, but you have to try it for yourself and thank me later! They did not cut any corners at all, and I'm trying to figure out my next event so I can hire them again!

Javier and Jalisco's Catering catered my son's graduation after party of 40. It was AMAZING! He literally thought of everything. Every topping, and everything we needed. I didn't have to worry about anything but having the tables out and ready. Everyone devoured the food, there was nothing left! The sweet ladies that dropped it off were lovely and went over everything with me before they left. It was seriously worth every penny.

Javier and crew were great!! Food was delicious and arrived ahead of schedule! Thank you guys for making this experience so easy!

BEWARE, READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY! We really don't know if it was intentional or not, but the date on our contract was not the date from our phone call notes, as a result we had to order pizza and were not given any refund from them as they said it was our mistake for not checking date on the contract. Yes, we should have been more careful, but a responsible company would have made an equitable settlement, as we are sure they did not throw away the food and had not prepared it 24 hours before their contract said. Wonder if others have had this problem with these people? Very bad business, keeping almost $1000 and telling us, too bad, it is all your fault for not reading more carefully. Definitely bad business and possibly a scam!

We hired javier to cater my wife's 20 person birthday dinner. I strongly recommend him and will definitely be hiring him again. Good, clear communication. Lots of options. Fairly priced. Delivered and set up on time. And most importantly- everything was delicious. Thank you javier!

Javier was great and so was the food! He was very professional and personable. He listened to what we needed and he definitely came through with great food with great flavors. He came in to set up for our lab for Laboratory Professionals week and everybody was very satisfied with the food. Great job Javier! Keep up the great work.
