Worst place ever!! The rooms are alright if you dont want any rest or peace and quiet. All hours of the night you have people pulling in with stereos loud yelling and the manager is too busy gossipping and partying to do her job. Then if she's coming down Oh My God...... She spends her day crying to everyone about all her problems. I been staying here for a month now and every week its getting worse tomorrow nite we plan on sleeping in our car so we can get some rest. Never have i seen such a hell hole with no kind of rules or a person to enforce them

I stayed at the Ivy motel for four months while helping my daughter during her divorce. This was my worst motel experience. The door handles were about to fall off I had to tighten the screws myself. I worked construction all my life and I can say all remodeling was done by amatures with cheap material and it looked like it was last done twenty years ago. The water in the bathroom came out at a trickle. When the manager removed the screen it came out full force. How long does it take for calcium buildup to stop the flow of water? 30 years maybe. The air conditioner in my room was a monster. I had to turn it down in aug because I was freezing. The door knob and dead bolt were so flimsy I felt an average size person could kick it in. I heard a knock on my door. It was the manager. She asked if my toilet was backed up and I said no. She said I must be the only one. Prostitution is rampant. When I asked the manager about the door to the room next to mine being left open for two days she said that's ok it's the hourly room. Prostitutes bring their Johns to this motel and they party on Friday and Saturday nights. The best thing about this motel is the acoustics. Even with my neighbors tv blasting I could barley hear it. I didn't know about the prostitution until the manager told.me. Homeless people hang out in the parking lot at night checking vehicles for unlocked boors. When the manager was fired she told me some interesting things. When a tenant left after four months they found stuffed toys, Sesame Street on the tv, and children's clothing. This pedophile brought his victims to the motel to molest them. One couple fought so much they were asked to leave. They found a large fresh blood stain on the mattress. When she asked the owner where she could have it cleaned the owner said turn the mattress over. One Friday night at dusk the motel was 3/4 full, a police woman drove up to talk to the manager. Five minutes later there were only two tenants left besides me the rest ran off. WiFi works then quits then you have to wait for it to come back on and It goes off and on all day and night. I told my daughter about what goes on here and she called the police. Of course since she was not a witness to these crimes they could not make an arrest. They did say for my safety I should find another place to live.
