Ito Chiropractic and Nutritional Therapy

A few months ago I left with mixed feelings about the place especially since it came so highly recommended. I have been busy and have forgotten to use my voice to share my poor experience at this family run business.Dr Ito is knowledgable about her practice and her husband Todd serves as a solid receptionist. Great team.I left because of Dr Itos lack of professionalism and diminishing service. She does not respond to constructive feedback well nor is she able to keep up a level of decorum if something prior to a patients visit was upsetting. I don't know what it was but she was clearly upset during one of my visits and I felt that uninviting vibe right off the bat. In one of the sessions she raised her voice and was almost scolding because I was taking my time make a decision about paying for extra care. After purchasing this extra package, I came in and it was as if she would rush through our visits. Shortly after, I noticed she wasn't even referring to my chart to see what areas I needed work on. To make matters worse, I told her I had stated I needed her to work on me and she quickly massaged me standing up outside of the door hurriedly so she could greet her next appointment. I was fed up at this point. It infuriates me to think that a chiropractor signed up for this to be a full time job and cannot provide satisfactory service! I called and addressed her and asked for a refund. She was defensive, raised her voice over the phone, and was not apologetic at all. I really wanted it to work but I could not stand the often intrusive questions, shoddy services, and lack of professionalism that I was paying for! Please save your money and go elsewhere. You can thank me later.

I've been to a number of different chiropractors in my lifetime as my back issues started when I was in high school more than 20 years ago. Football, basketball, baseball, lifting and Muay Thai all mess my back up often. Dr Ito is very thorough and insightful. I've learned about different treatments and she's got my back right numerous times. I see her whenever my back is whacked out and she gives me what I need. I never have to wait for my appointment time and they're very efficient here. Dr. Ito has your back, literally. Must go here.

I have been seeing Dr. Kerry for about 2 years now. I found her when looking for a new Chiro and I was mostly looking for a more gentle approach. I found it with her. Recently I've been working 51 hr weeks for the last 6 weeks. Pair that with stress and all things that come with being a woman...I was hurting. I had a headache that would not go away for the last 3 weeks, so I saw Dr. Ito yesterday. She took extra care to check for TMJD, did some cranial work, and at the end of it all my headache decreased drastically. It is now the next morning, and the first I was able to get up from bed without that pain in my skull. She is also so funny and paired with her husband ,Todd, you'll be laughing throughout your treatment. Always a great time when I'm in here.

This place is simply amazing! Dr. Kerry is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent listener which to me is fundamental when receiving care. Todd at the front desk is super professional and treats everyone with dignity and respect.I highly recommend them!

Ito chiropractic is a professional well established business. I have been a patient for 10 years and I am impressed with Dr. KERRY and Todd at the front desk.My back causes me pain when ever I overdo my chores and hobbies. I have been under Dr. Kerry Ito's care for some time now and the work she does is amazing. I made an appointment for my husband for his sciatica pain after he went to massage therapists, acupuncturist, and five chiropractors in Modesto, Manteca, here Stockton, and still found no relief. Dr. Ito provided the relief he needed and was able to ween off his pain meds. He recommended that I also get chiropractic care for my lower back and neck pain I had from a car accident over 20 yrs ago. Dr. Ito listens, goes through any medical diagnosis/x-rays/MRI you've had done to come up with a tailored care plan that's best for you. She uses different techniques and is not dismissive or pushy. I highly recommend Dr. Ito.

My chiropractor retired a few years ago and recommended Ito Chiropractic to me. I thought I would stop going to a chiropractor and see how I would feel. After about 4 months I realized that was a mistake. I went to see Dr. Kerry and have been there ever since. Now many of my family members are being treated by her too. She is knowledgeable in her field. She explains what is causing the pain and how the adjustments will help you. She has also given me exercises to do between treatments and they have been very beneficial. However, the best recommendation for Dr. Kerry came today when I went in for my treatment. My previous chiropractor who retired was there getting treated by Dr. Kerry. I can't think of a better recommendation than that.

Dr. Ito takes the time to learn about your complaints and ailments to aid her in diagnosing care. The massage table before the adjustment is a must! Todd is fantastic keeping up on appointments and reminders with text messages.
