Island Gourmet Restaurant & Market

We usually go to the one located in Tracy. Just found out about this location and decided to have lunch here on a Sunday. We arrived in time and beat the lunch rush. This location has plenty of parking unlike the location in Tracy. Their combo plate here is small. It's not the big combo plate. I don't really know how much they charged for that because my mom paid for our meal. We got 5 dishes but portions are small for the price. I think it's a rip off , better going to Tracy location but parking sucks there. Also the mini market is connected to the restaurant. I didn't like how you had to pay at the food side rather than the mini market side. We did a quick browse around in the market side and didn't find what we needed.

Amazing staff, friendly & accommodating to customers. I love palabok, karekare, desserts especially halo halo, chicken & pork barbecue, lechon kawali and their grilled fish

Love the food here. It's been wonderful and authentic for as far back as I can remember. I would recommend giving it a try :)

Lots of Filipino food, already made or order. Try the Lumpia's, fish and dessert's . Everything is excellent.

What a great find as I pass through Stockton CA. Good tasting Filipino food, just like my mom's cooking. Simple restaurant area and market. No fancy frills. Service was excellent.

Went at about 4:30pm because they close at 7pm and they literally had ZERO food. I came here after being disappointed by Sisig and boba being closed when they should have been open and was devastated lol...I wanted some adobo but didn't want to cook...I ended up making it myself. I did get some Bibingka and Cassava. The ingredient list on the Bibingka did not list coconut strings but clearly had them and the expiration date on the Cassava was 6/12/22 but someone crossed out the 12 and wrote "19"...uhhhh

Good tasting filipino food love getting help with a smile. My hubby love the Halo halo n some desert.

This restaurant/ market is a very busy place! Judging by the amount of prepared food available, they do a big business in take out. There was no problem parking since most of this strip mall is vacant.The staff there was very friendly and even cooked fresh lumpia for me during there busy lunch time. They have lots of cooked (grilled?) whole fish and skewers of grilled chicken and pork. The chicken skewers are cooked and seasoned perfectly. I also tried their pancit, which was pretty average--it could have had more vegetables and meat. There was also lots of things in their steam table that I couldn't identify since I'm not really familiar with Filipino food.Overall, the staff is friendly and the place was very clean. There were a few chairs and tables if you wanted to sit down for a quick meal, but it is for the most part, take-out. There is an attached market that I didn't visit.I'd go back for the chicken and pork skewers with rice.

A lot of selections of Filipino food.It's like having a home cooked meal every time specially if you have been missing it for a while.Also small section is a grocery store for other pinoy goodies.The employees are nice. Only problem is they sometimes don't give itemized receipt so you don't know the prices of the items you bought.

Bought dinuguan and adobo and some spices. Food was good and prices were also good. Will be stopping there whenever we visit family in Stockton.&
