Came for 02 sensors from stockton cuz no one else had them in stock and while I was here I figured I'd look up some more parts and buy them if they were in stock but the parts guy Dan only wanted to look up parts for me if I was planning to buy them there but they weren't in stock so I would have to drive an hour back to pick them up so I told him I would just order them closer in lathrop to save a drive and he wouldn't look up any more parts going forward for me. It's not my fault you don't have the parts in stock and I have to spend my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service here they weren't even busy I was the only customer in there so I could understand if there was a rush. Never coming back here for anything!

Don't let them order any parts for you!! I bought my second bike from then and we going to have them add aux lights and bars to the bike purchase. They quoted me 3600.00 installed. I opted to have it done at a later date and when I got the work completed I had a 20% coupon. The service advisor upped the price to 4600.00 so with the coupon I now paid 3800.00. Most parts were even Harley accessories that they marked up. When I asked why, the advisor said that's the way they do it I even told them I got a quote from another Harley dealer that matched the original and still was told that's the way they do things there. I was even charged for the OEM wiring harness for the bars and I got the original bars back without any wiring, which tells me they they reused the harness and still changed me 600.00 for a complete harness that wasn't used. I also confirmed with the handlebar manufacturer that only harness extensions are needed.

I really didn't want to write this review. I happen to love my Harley, motorcycles and the biker community. This just had to get written. My wife and I were on our ride home from Sturgis, down to the last 100 miles or so and I get a low tire pressure warning. 3k miles without issue and I was like, crap why now. Pulled over, didn't see any issues so road over to a nearby gas station and added a bit of air. I figured, we were 10 min from Iron Steed, still had another 100 miles to go to get home, let's have them check it out and avoid any issues. Better safe then sorry. Road over, guy at the service counter was very friendly, said sure thing pull it around back and we will take a quick look. So I did that, they guy in the service bay asked me what was up and I gave him a quick rundown. He told me, we are all booked up, no time for this, it should be fine. I asked if a tech could take a quick look, would do wonders for my peace of mind. Nope, couldn't be bothered. I was tired, annoyed and just didn't need to deal with it. Got home safely, it was just a low tire after lots of miles. No nails or damage. So that's good. The service guy could have taken 10 min to have a look, check for leaks, it would have cost them nothing and earned a loyal customer. Instead, they couldn't be bothered. So the next time I need parts, service or another bike. I won't be bothered to visit Iron Steed.

Do not waste your time coming here!!! This place is a joke 805 credit score with thousand down and you're still trying to get me into a 479 a month payment on a 2018 road glide smh. Do yourself a favor and go to Folsom Harley. I told them about the experience I had in Vacaville, they all had a big laugh and said "you have no idea how many people come here from Vacaville because of them". So I rode out in a 2021 road glide with 0 down and payments where at 305.

They will ROB you! DO NOT take your bike here or buy from them. You will be in a world of HELL and get the run around, especially with the Service Department. Butch, Kevin, and service manager Bryan lack communication and will do nothing to make it right for the customer especially me being loyal since 2019. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Service dept. will rob your parts off your bike and replace them with crappy parts. I was getting ready to go on a trip and needed a service before hand, my reg mechanic was super swamped at the time so I decided to take it down to ironsteed. I brought in a bike for oil change and check up service, dropped it off for a few hrs. I had just replaced my kickstand spring 2 weeks prior to bringing it in. The guy called me that it was done and said they just needed to give it a rinse. When I showed up 45 min after it still wasn't out. I asked for it and was told it would be out shortly, so I walked around the store for quite a bit and did some shopping ,tried a few new items on that I decided to purchase from the clothing department, I spent maybe hour and a half shopping and looking at a few thing in the store, went back to the service dept thinking my bike would be outside and still wasn't, checked with the guy and was told they were rinsing it off, may I add now it's been2 1/2 hours from when I got a call saying it was completed, plus the 3 hours of dropping it off. So I waited a little more knowing I was told it was being rinsed. Looked at some parts on display for about 30 min. Checked back and still wasn't out. At this point I was pissed. The guy said he was going to check on it and went to the back. He spent about 20-30 minutes back there before he finally showed up front with my bike. The bike was all wet, Pretty much he just squirted it with a water hose and had a detailed spray and started to wipe off some parts. He gave me my keys and just walked off with out saying anything, not even a thank you for bringing it in or a have a great day. At that point I new something was up. Once I got on my bike to take off I kicked up the kick stand and noticed it went up super slow, before I had brought it in it was super springy and went up quickly.meaning they switched my kick stand spring and gave me a crappy one. As long as they had it I wouldn't be surprised what else they swapped out, I'm waiting on my regular mechanic to give it a check up since he knows my bike really well and has records of everything on it to see what else they potentially might of swapped. Never Again will I bring in a bike for service or recommend anyone here. I sure will steer everyone I know away from the service dep. all the other folks have been nice people but never in my life will I do business with their service dept. SERVICE DEPT. ARE SCAMMERS. Everyone BEWARE!!!
