Wine tasting is always a good idea after the holiday festivities. Came here the day after the Christmas celebration and inevitable stress of the holidays. We were a party of 4. Ben, Gloria (the wine members) , Nana and I...Iron Hub Winery is perfect. We decided to sit outside on a rainy & chilly day. We had a firepit, heaters and a glorious view. Frankie was our sommelier and was very knowledgeable and entertaining.Wines:* Chardonnay 2021: notes of pear, floral, and vanilla aromas with a hint of honeysuckle. * Rosé 2022: Aromas of strawberries, with lush berry flavors and a crisp finish.* Sangiovese 2020: Cherry and strawberry aromas. Bright dark cherry and spice flavors with a long finish.* Old Vine Zinfandel 2020:Blackberry, plum, cranberry aromas Rich blackberry, boysenberry, plum flavors.* Resolute 2020:Plum and black currant aromas. Blackberry, cranberry and currant with smooth tannins. All the wines were delicious. My favorite was the Resolute 2020. We ordered a bottle to share. Also ordered olives, nuts and brang our own charcuterie board. * Another wonderful feature this winery has is; they allow you to bring your own food to enjoy whilst wine tasting, which is rare. By far my favorite winery in the Plymouth area. Wines, service and ambiance exceeds perfection. I will definitely be back...

First time at this place, this was our second stop on a 3 winery tour in Plymouth. The wine selection was nice. Staff was friendly. Zin & Smokey (winery dogs) were so cute and just hung out by the tables as we drank. Didn't explore the venue too much. I was a little disappointed with the food. We ordered a charcuterie plate and the cheese, meat and crackers came out in packages like we just picked it up at the grocery store. Maybe I misunderstood but I was expecting a nicely plated spread. Would come back again.

Friday, 7/07/2023 - my GFs and I went to Iron Hub Winery to wine taste. Address is 12500 Steiner Rd, Plymouth, CA 95669. Beautiful winery. Wine tasting is like $15 per person was what I was told. I don't drink so wasn't into the tasting. Upon arrival.. Pros1) plenty of parking when we arrived. 2) gorgeous winery 3) staffs nice. Very informative. 4) clean winery.5) they have a small menu. Light. Like cheese, crackers and bread. You cut it yourself. Tasted good. 6) Beautiful view in the back. Cons1) service was extremely slow.2) in 2 of the wine cups, there were hair and particles in it. While the other 3 did not have anything in it. The other 3 were clean. Conclusion This winery was ok. Beautiful views. Staffs nice. Wines were ok. We didn't buy any at this location. Parking was good.

The Wine here was great! The grounds and atmosphere were amazing too. One sip of the Chardonnay and I felt like I was sun bathing nude again at Oprah's house!!! 5 stars!

Our third and final wine stop for the day was iron hub winery. We didn't have a reservation but luckily they were able to accommodate us and our two dogs on their patio. Yes, they are dog friendly, and they actually have three dogs of their own that they call "wine ambassadors". This is good to be mindful of in case your dog can be a little dog selective, like one of ours is. But the three wine ambassadors quickly picked up on this and left our dogs alone. As for the wines, we thoroughly enjoyed our tasting and actually ended up buying a bottle of Barbera to enjoy. They do offer some charcuterie items, just beware that they are entire packages worth of cheese, meats, and bread/crackers, since they come directly from a grocery store. A very clean and modern tasting space with plenty of shade and fresh air. Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.

Love this winery. Delicious wines, beautiful views, and friendly, chill staff. The grounds and gardens are inspiring, but in a relaxed "I want to spend the afternoon sipping wine and soaking up life" sorta way. Must try their red blends (GSM - "Triad" is delish).

We found Iron Hub earlier this year on a trip in May. We traveled back up with Family in September and again in early November. 3 trips all with exceptional service. Elise is our favorite but we had others too and all were fantastic. The knowledge and LOVE of their wines shine through. The Views!!! WOW WOW WOW and seriously the wines are just as good. We were never rushed, we brought our snacks the second time, and the third time we had cheese and crackers from their menu. We enjoyed it so much that we joined their wine club and we live an hour and forty-five minutes away. Can't wait to get back up there to see the views and sip some wine.

Iron Hub is a beautiful winery in Plymouth. This was stop number 2 for my group of 4 on our wine tasting weekend. We had made a reservation luckily as this place was so busy. We were greeted quickly and shown to our outside table which had many wonderful views. The menu was very nice and easy to read. It was quite busy so there were two people taking care of us however we never had to wait ling in between pours, neither did we feel rushed to leave. It was a really hot day but they have shade and umbrellas and fans. You can also bring your own food to enjoy while tasting which I think is awesome. We packing some charcuterie and it went perfectly with our tasting. There are also 3 sweet border collies that stroll around and visit the wineries guests which is a win in my book. The tasting is $15 and waived with the purchase of two bottles. Pack a small ice chest with some snacks or lunch and visit Iron Hub with some friends and pet some dogs.

Though the views were spectacular and the service was exceptional... The size of the tastings was a bit disappointing and the policy of only waving one tasting fee per purchase of a bottle of wine was far below surrounding wineries.
